1 starWe were at the Jurassic Quest 2/21/25 in Marlborough, Ma. They had failed to get safety inspected and there for the rides and bounce house were all unable to be used. It was heart breaking to my 3 year old child. We had waited 30 min in below freezing weather with no attempt of communicating to parents about the mishap. After writing to customer service I asked for a refund. To which i was told no refund will be offered. I was offered another day. But as a working mom that does not work out for my schedule. A very disappointing experience and not worth the money paid.Jurassic Quest

1 starRipoff. $107 for 2 adults and a kid’s ultimate ticket in Bangor, ME. Basically a bounce house with a long line. A few mildly interesting Dino displays. One Dino “ride”was shutdown. Wish I had read reviews before I spent the money. Don’t go.Jurassic Quest

1 starHorrible and a total disgrace. Everything was destroyed and exposing dangerous equipment. Nothing worked and not worth the money we paid. Nothing to do for a 5 yr old either. Except 1 bounce house. The other bounce house did not pass inspection but they had it fully inflated. Falsely advertise on every level. I did not feel safe having my 5 yr old granddaughter being around any of the equipment. This had a lot of OHSA issues. They should be shut down.Jurassic Quest

Hello Suzanne,
We appreciate you writing the review. All rides, activities and inflatables were available to ticket holders at both of our events this weekend as advertised and all rides and inflatables did pass city inspection in both locations. For ages 2 to 10, you choose between the Kids Standard Admission Ticket or the Kids Ultimate Admission Ticket. The Kids Ultimate Admission Ticket includes unlimited turns on dinosaur rides, dino inflatables, fossil digs, and one visit to the excavation station!
Included in the Kids Standard Admission Ticket is the Dino Exhibit, Raptor Training Experience, Baby Dinos, Crafts Station, and The Quest. The Quest is an interactive adventure inside of Jurassic Quest. Simply pick up a brochure at the entrance and follow ten clues to the “Quest Spot” signs. Once you finish all the activities, collect a prize at the end - Ready, Set, Quest!
If you choose to purchase the Kids Standard Admission Ticket for a child ages 10 or under, then you must purchase Activity Tickets at any Souvenir stand inside the event in order for your child to do the dinosaur rides, dino inflatables, fossil digs, or excavation station. Activity Tickets are $6 each in the U.S. or $8 each in Canada, and each ticket counts for one turn on one ride or activity.
Not included in the Kids Standard Admission Ticket:
Stationary Dinosaur Rides, Walking Dinosaur Rides, Dino Inflatables, T. Wrecks Raceway, Excavation Station, and Fossil Dig.

1 starThis was below mediocre. The dinos were ripped and torn and they were missing half of the dinos advertised. The exhibits they actually did have were far too dark to see anything.
Save your money and skip this. Although, the only good thing were the employees. They were very friendly! Especially Anna!Jurassic Quest

1 starThis was an absolute terrible waste of money! Such a scam. We went to Yorktown, NY today. It was the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. It was 85 degrees out and this took place in an unventilated tent. On top of that, once you got in it was nothing but a few beat up dinosaurs. In addition they charged 6 dollars per ride on a fake dinosaur….most activities were not free with admissions. Workers barely talked, some were borderline sleeping. It was SO hot and gross, lame, and expensive that we left after 15 minutes. I felt so bad for my toddler. We left and went to the toy store after. I feel like we got scammed big time.Jurassic Quest

1 starThere is not a star low enough. False advertising made us go. We went with our grandchildren. Overpriced and a scam. Ballons cost $15; a wand $40; broken rides; one ride as a walking dinosaur but it did not move, so dark you couldn't see anything in the "fossil" pit. A 'show" was a man standing in a dinosaur costume. Facepainting cost $40 and was terrible. The "games" could be made at home, poorly designed inflatables.--no technology. This was at Greenville Convention Center. The six of us spent over $100 just to walk through this ridiculous scam. That does not account for gas, food, and time. The Quest was driving in the traffic to get there. AWFUL.

1 starWe need a zero Stars option here. The dinosaurs are looking very worn, some of them have mechanical parts poking through the outer layer. It was too dark in the hall and also too noisy. There was a TV monitor by the exhibits but the other noise in the room was too much to be able to hear them. Things we expected to see were not at the exhibit - walking with dinos, meeting baby dinos, and the dig pit. The Dino costume was laughable, I've seen better at kids birthday parties. The "movie" feature in the corner was terrible - out of focus, small - only filling a small portion of the screen, and you couldn't hear it at all. In addition, it looked to be a "zoom meeting", just boxes with talking heads, not very interesting. I didn't see anyone else sitting there the entire time. Most disappointing were the people watching the bounce houses. I had two toddlers with me and could not see over the side of the bounce house. There were also many obstacles inside it that blocked my vision. I thought they were by the slide, since that's the last place I saw them, then in my peripheral vision I saw them running around at another exhibit. The monitor had let them out to go on their own wherever they pleased! I do not recommend and would not attend again.Jurassic Quest

1 starIt’s false advertisement. Customers should get their money back. They have you sign a waiver you won’t dispute the credit card charge. I don’t believe it holds weight though. Makes me think they know what they are doing.
Adults should be free. We paid $22 each to just walk behind her since there was really nothing to look at. We paid $36 for unlimited access for our 2 y/o, so she could ride the rides as many times as she wanted. What rides? There was one ride that had two dinosaurs, one was broken, that “walked forwards and backwards and electric hot wheel jeeps. That was it. There were two stationary dinosaurs she could sit on and have a pic taken. 2 bounce houses that were nothing special. Face painting and green screen photo op were not part of the $36. $10 to park and about $15 in gas since we live so far.
This event might’ve been good once upon a time, but it clearly isn’t anymore. It either needs to be free or shut down.Jurassic Quest
