              On January 12, 2017 we entered on a contract with Leisure Getaways Inc./Legacy Adventures Inc. (25010 Oakhurst Drive, Suit #200, Spring, TX 77386, phone number 888 336-1040) for the transfer of our Time share property (******** *********** ************ ***. Our Customer ID# ******* We made all our payments in 2019 and completed all required paperwork for the transfer. I contacted the agency several times and was told they had all the paperwork and the transfer was in the final stages. The contract stipulates that if the property was not transferred within a year Leisure Getaways Inc./Legacy Adventures Inc. “shall assume financial liability for maintenances fees until transfer is completed”. In 2019 Leisure Getaways Inc. paid for the maintenance fees, however in 2020 and 2021 they did not pay the maintenance fee. This is a bridge of the contractual agreement. We have not been able to contact this merchant.

              SCAM COMPANY!!! Goes by the name or ******* ******* ** ******* ******* ******* ****** ****** and payments go to Legacy Adventures! SHAME ON YOU!!! We were able to stop payment on our credit card once we found out the truth, but so many others have lost much money.
