I would not hire HoustonHOA to manage any property. This company only good for emails nothing else. They work virtual only and Monday to Friday Donor answer the phone. Overall a poor management company

Winston, It saddens me to read this review, as it is inaccurate. My company has two office locations (Houston and The Woodlands) open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. We absolutely answer the phone (which I believe you are trying to state, as the grammar and spelling errors make it difficult to understand your post) We disagree that we are a poor management company. We have been advising you (a board member) that your community is on the brink of bankruptcy, and yet, as a board member, you have not taken any corrective action. Unfortunately, even the association's legal counsel had to intervene by stating, "Lastly, I see below that Tara commented about “false accusations.” I’m not certain what was said about Tara or her company (as again, I deleted the original email), but I have been in this business for 28 years and can say with full confidence that Tara is one of the best managers in the industry. Tara is very knowledgeable, responsive, and a tremendous asset for your community. The board did a great job hiring Tara and Houston HOA Management." Unfortunately, your inactivity and inability to put your personal feelings aside are only costing the community's owners their largest investment. The community needs leaders to guide them and make the hard decisions that are in their best interest. This is why you were elected years ago, but perhaps you have forgotten that
