      Bought an Ultra Livestream v2 on 3/15/25 and cant get it to work for us and received little to no tech support. Have made multiple attempts to contact anyone who could advise how to return our product within the 30-day money-back time period with no luck. We are incredibly frustrated and have spent $642 that wed really like to have refunded.

      I bought the Ultra stream V2 on 3/9/2025 @ The Atlanta Home Show at Cumberland Galleria. I am unable to install this product. I have called & emailed Webster Enterprises. I have called & left messages with *********  No response from them. I have called my credit card company for dispute charge $642.00 today. I was told by MacKenzie that we had 24/7 tech support & can return product within 30 days. No one will return calls. What can I do about this scam? 1 star is too much!!!

      I am so annoyed and angry with this company. I feel like they just stole $177 right out of my wallet. I bought (2) of their Retro Gaming sets from a Holiday Boutique this past weekend, only to turn around and find out that I can buy them online through ****** for $29.99/ea. These guys are selling them for $80+. Are you kidding me?!? That's almost 3 times as much. I can't believe I allowed myself to get scammed out of my money like that. ******* *********** ******* I'm so mad and disappointed, mostly at myself for falling for this scam.
      I feel like if they refund some of my money to price match what I have found online, then I will change my rating, but until then, this is staying right here.

      I purchased a coffee machine from this company and it is junk. Leaks water, Luke warm coffee no froth from brother. Cannot access drawers easily. Constantly beeping to add this or that when it does not need to be added. Did not come with half the stuff it was supposed to cone with. Horrible. Nightmare! Will take this to court or to Cc compan

      NOW I CANNOT GET A REPLY. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO PHONE, TEXT OR US MAIL.

      I would warn anyone NOT to do business with this company. I purchased two of their garbage streaming boxes, couldn't get them to work correctly so I called them. I actually talked to someone who told me to return them and I would be fully refunded. The purchase and return was in February and I still have not received any refund. Now when I call all I get is an answering machine. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this vendor. I only wish I would have read this prior to seeing them at our local home show.

      Not even worth one star! Horrible service no one never answers the phone nor gives a call back. And if they do they promise things and never happens….. long story short, went to a local home/ garden show came across there both selling a really presentable espresso drink machine “Powers J0-1100” paid $1400 had problems 2days into use, being upset I called and called till Someone finally answered promised to send out a replacement have yet to receive it since 10/14/23 today is 11/9/23 so now I have a really expensive “espresso machine” that makes really good hot water. All around horrible experience I’m out $1400 so be very careful with making any transactions with them.
