      Exxon Mobil suck! I have been a very active customer of there's. I fill my gas tank at least twice a week. I have direct debit from my checking account going to them every month and sometimes I even throw them a few hundred extra on my bill. I have been with them since 2020. Never had a problem. Until they claimed they sent me a letter. NOT!!! They closed my friggin account with no warning. I was about 100 miles from home, no cash, no credit cards and no way to pay for gas. I called them up and I was told that my account had been closed! When I responding back asking them why, they told me that they check credit reports (and yes I am behind on quite a few creditors due to the fact my wife is fighting for her ****************) my credit right now is not the best. BUT... they are one that I have to have gas in this crucial time, have kept this bill paid. BUT... because they see i am having problems catching up with other bills, THOSE BAS***DS CLOSED MY ACCOUNT!!! LET'S SLAP THE SH*T OUT OF ME WHEN I AM DOWN AND OUT!! I HAD TO LEAVE A **** IN ORDER TO POST BECAUSE IN MY OPINION THE ONLY **** I WOULD GIVE THEM IS "THE **** OF SHAME"!

      My NAME IS ******************* WAS AT THE EXXON STARSTOP AT **** ****** ON NOVEMBER 22,2023 AT 9 30 IN THE MORNING .I WALKED IN TO USE THE RESTROOM BEFORE I PURCHASED MY GAS AND ACCIDENTALLY WALKED IN THE WOMENS RESTROOM. NO ONE WAS IN THERE AND I WALKED OUT NOT KNOWING UNTIL THE ATTENDANT TOLD ME. BUT THE ATTENDANT SCOLDED ME AND LIED ABOUT TELLING ME BEFORE I WENT IN BECAUSE I DID NOT HEAR HIM,AND HE WAS BEHIND ******* COUNTER. HE EVEN WENT IN FRONT OF A COSTERMER AND ASKED HIM,AND DID NOT GET RESPONSE. I KEPT SAYING SORRY,BUT I PAID FOR NEWS PAPER,AND HE WAS STILL SCOULDING ME IN FRONT OF COSTERMERS,SAYING I HAVE NO EXCUSE,BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN IN THERE SINCE THEY REMODLED RESTROOMS.I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO REPORT IT FOR BEING RUDE,AND THIS SAME ATTENDANT LETS PEOPLE STAND IN FRONT OF STORE AND BEG.EXXON YOU NEED GOOD PEOPLE WORKING FOR YOU.THIS GUY IS RUDE,AND DOES NOT HAVE A BIT OF COMMON SENSE.JUST PART OF A BAD PROPLEM IN THE COMMUNITY.

      The exxon mobil store I worked for needs better management. I was forced to quit because all my grievances never were looked into after I was verbal attack by my manager and called a b*tch, I literally thought I was going to get hit! I recorded it all one day after nasty messages were sent to me by my manager and her best friend who is the Assistant Manager. The next day i had to work with them. She pulled me into the office for them to both curse at me and talk about non work related stuff infront of customers. I knew this would happen so for my protection i recorded it and then sent it to corporate with my email and nothing was done. That was my 2nd grievance btw. The others were about time stealing and drug use. I have never had an issue anywhere before in my life. I'm so disgusted and feel disrespected. The crappy thing is nothing was done even with all the evidence. No one follows policies at this store. People in management roles should never behave this way. An incentive bonus was never given to me after i stayed with them the whole time period. I worked here for almost a year! I'm glad I got out of there when I did and was working another job. Lucky for them too because I would have taken unemployment. I could go on and on. Druggies and *********************** are running that store, that's why there's a high turn over rate.

      Trying to pay them each month is an act of futility. The bill always shows one amount but when I pay it, the bill is much higher. If I don't pay the higher amount they charge me interest on an amount that is NOT due. Such a scam! They can't even be reached by phone.

      Avoid this company at all cost. The cashier have zero cue on what his doing. I paid him for gas cash. He put i paid him less money. When i came inside to talk to him, he was being very rude and acting nonchalant toward everything. I asked him to count the register or look at his camera. They refused. Avoid this place. They are very unprofessional. They will cheat you out your hard earned money if youre not careful. Run Store: ************************************************************************

      I purchased 2 $50 Scratch Offs at the Mobil at ***** FM **** in ******** *****. Yippee I won $200! All was well until I went in to collect my winnings. The attendant informed me he could not pay me being he had paid out to much on his illegal gambling machines. I looked over and there sat 3 People illegally gambling away. So sir you are telling me you cannot pay me legally because you paid them illegally? I will not stop here with this. Remove these machines from these stores. They are ILLEGAL! I guess my next stop is ***** ******************* I do have photos and Video.

      I was on vacation and stopped to an Exxon station for gas. It was in ************, **. I am aware that ********* is a red, ignorant state but was not prepared, as a tree hugging liberal; to see a F*** *** AND HIS HO sticker right on the counter where you pay. I was appalled at the total disrespect shown for our President and I WILL NEVER USE EXXON again. I will go to any other station but not any associated with Exxon. This is one of the big differences between Democrats and Trumpers....we have respect and they don't! Fix your stations Exxon!

      9 months I have been trying to cancel the card and had to do it in writing on letter head. 5 months later after they confirmed they received it still not cancelled and charging fees. I have no balance and have not in years.

      So a few weeks ago I stopped by the Tiger Mart in ************ by **************************. (Exxon Tiger Mart Route 46 East ************, **) I used my credit card and asked the gas attendant for a specific amount and I saw him put the nozzle in. Didn't set it for the amount. I asked him multiple times to please set it so it does not go over (as this has happened in the past). Of course it goes over. I told the gas attendant that when someone gives you their card and asks you to set it so it doesn't go over, they should honor that request. I went inside to let management know about this and the clerk behind the counter got instantly irritated with me, screaming at me, and told me to stop wasting his time while shaking. I'm assuming that's a fight or flight response on his part. All for no reason too. He is absolutely not fitted to work customer service, since he absolutely would not accept any feedback. I even told him that I didn't want to be repaid, I just wanted to let them know. Instant screaming and tantrums. I contacted corporate to let them know and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done. I spoke to a corporate employee named *** who promised me that they would contact me within 3-5 business days. They attempted to call me as well but I missed the call. I called back but the extension they told me to hit was for ***'s Club. I hit another extension and the lady told me to just respond to the email. I explained this whole thing in my email response to ***. Anyway, after that, *** also went **** I have tried many times to get in touch with him and he is now also ignoring all my emails. At this point, it's a complete ****** learned and I just wanted to let people here know, just to avoid the headache of that place (Tiger Mart, ************, **) ***************** ExxonMobil (corporate) ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS and I will be letting many people know that they should avoid doing business with them.
