We were taken care of from the start with their expert sales staff to the expert installation team, both of which have many years in the business. Professional, polite, and great communicators. They exceeded our expectations. Our carpet looks and feels fantastic!

5 starsHad a fabulous experience at Spring Carpets - the staff allowed me to shop the store at my leisure, providing recommendations when I asked, allowed me to take home many samples, and when they came out to measure and I told them I liked a different product from a diffferent store, they were able to order that sample, and provided me with an estimate that was the same as the other store’s “sale” price. Answered all questions, had a sales contract that was detailed yet easy to understand, and install was amazingly efficient. Would highly recommend.Spring Carpets
