** STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I WAS SOLD A LEMON! **
May of 2022 I purchased a 2017 Infiniti QX60 for $28K and here it is today I now need a new ENGINE! Had to take the SUV to the Infiniti dealer to find out the problem was sludge build up, sludge was found due to extent of damage from previous owner and the vehicle should not have been sold in the first place in that condition according to the Infiniti dealer!! The sales guy I dealt with was Caesar which he wasn't truly knowledgeable about anything on the vehicle at all. This SUV has been nothing but challenging the entire 10 months of me having it. Less than 30days of having the vehicle the alternator went out and left me stranded on 1-10. Towed the SUV to my mechanic, and I went back to AutoNation because they didn't even have the 90day warranty active for me that comes with purchase and I had to fight and wait for them to do that! All the work I had to have done in the short 10 months is ridiculous/insane!! I had to have the alternator and battery replaced, electrical work and rewiring done, IPDM module rebuilt, new brakes and rotors, and now check engine light pop up and its resulting to engine replacement!! I've contacted this AutoNation and everyone that picks up the phone don't have time to talk to you unless your new meat wanting to buy a car. I spoke with the sales manager (Jose) VERY RUDE! He told me sludge happens when its poor maintaince on the vehicle and that cars break and that I broke it and there's nothing we can do to help. When in FACT, I've had 3 oil changes done on the SUV in the 10 months I've had it, and have all the receipts to prove it!!! Such an ignorant response from him, so I requested to speak with the GM (Tim Burch) and my results were still the same with the rude and demeaning verbiage of blaming me and not caring of the issue. They would not swap me into another vehicle due to them selling me a car in that horrible condition!

We are sympathetic with the frustration vehicle ownership can cause at times, we do offer many solutions to the potential costs that may arise during ownership. The vehicle you purchased was a preowned vehicle roughly 5 years old and 94,000 miles on it at the time of purchase, of which during the 10+ months of your ownership and 10,000+ miles placed on the vehicle there may be items that do wear out or break due to age or driving conditions the vehicle experiences. That's why we offer many extended warranty options that would extend coverage at the time an issue comes to light on your vehicle as unfortunately we can not foresee any items that may need replacing or break in the future, and you elected to not purchase any of those offers meaning that any costs of repairs you would then be faced with paying 100% of the cost if you chose to do so. Unfortunately after almost one year after you took delivery and driving for over 10,000 additional miles there is no coverage options we can extend to you.
