  Paid my remaining balance and they still sent to collections. They always over charge insurance and then bill the patient the remaining. Would advise to see detailed description of charges because they will charge excess what is allowable with contracts they signed with payers.

  I only received one bill from this company, I payed my bill within the timeframe they gave me but yet they sent me to collections. When I called the person who answered told me they process my payment days later which was not my fault and yet they decided to still send it to collections even though they had already gotten paid.

  This business is extremely unprofessional in the way they carry out their business with customers. I received services from them in April of 2022, and 10 months later, after already paying them whatever they requested in August of 2022, I suddenly start getting more bills from them. When I look at the Charges and Credits column, the Credits column is more, and doing the math shows they owe me money. But the bill says I ow them money. After reaching out to them for 2 months, (over 3-4 times) they finally tell me that, your insurance re-processed the claim. In the meantime I am getting phone calls, same bill over and over being mailed to me. The leadership has no decency to pick up the phone and call the customer and give an explanation of what has actually happened. Noe one is going to just start paying you money if you cant explain to them what it is you are doing. Transparency is lacking. I regret the whole experience with this company.

  Horrible, unprofessional company. Do not return phone calls nor respond to written requests. Billed for two anesthesiologists when we were only aware of one. Requested in writing why two and the medical necessity for two. I've had several surgeries in the past and only recall one anesthesiology bill. On second bill, also billing for deductible which had already been met prior to their so-called service. No reply from them on this. Have also filed grievance with my insurance company. Next up is to report them to the State.
