    On November 1, 2023, I bought the 2016 Audi Q3 Quattro at the **** Ranch Motor lot for $1,000 down and the total cost was $14,995 and the next day the engine light came on, I talked to them and told them about that problem when I was going to take it to have it checked. They said they didn't have mechanics who had left. On December 4, I took the truck to the lot to check it and they told me that they had to change some parts but it took about a month with my truck, then I went to get it and brought my sister-in-law here and when I was going to go home the truck Gasoline began to leak through the engine. I spoke to them and told them they sent a mechanic but they told me I had to take it to their lot. I took it in and again it took more than a month to fix it and when I went to pick it up on February 7th it worked very well for 2 days but on February 10th it once again leaked gas through the engine. And what they told me was that they couldn't help me anymore, that they had already put a lot of money into that truck and they weren't going to help me. I didn't drive the truck for 3 days and the next day I turned it on and started running some errands and was already on my way back to my house when the truck started to smoke and then caught fire. I sent them a video and called them and until now they have not answered me or responded to anything in my message. I also spoke to the financial company that has my loan and they knew from the beginning what was happening with the truck. Please if you can help me do something since you are selling cars that don't work well or at least they refund me the down payment I made to them since I just had my truck for a month. The truck got on fire on 02/14/24 due to the mechanic issue they didn't fix right and I did file a claim thru my insurance it didn't had GAP Insurance and I have to pay the balance remaining of $3,000 dls out of my pocket. This is the way my truck is right now.

    I had issues with **** Ranch not long after I purchased a 2013 Lexus. I had this car only two months or so. I had it in the shop twice. Never had my problem solved. Also sat in waiting room first time for about 3-4 hours. Second time close to 6 hours. I never had anyone acknowledge me. I kept asking about status of my car. Never a true answer except they were working on it. I asked for a loaner or something several times. Manager said he had no authority. Finally close to their closing time they gave me a loaner. I spent more time in loaners than my own vehicle. Never fixed the issue, even though they knew the problem. It was needing a new fuse box, also horn didnt work. I finally got tied and aggrivated of not having a "reliable" vehicle like I was told. I finally put myself in debt big time and went to an actual dealership and purchased another car. I will nor ever go back to **** Ranch. Much less refer them.
