I purchased a hallman 30in duel fuel range in January of this year. It was eventually delivered in July after issues with scheduling delivery. When we finally opened the package in order to install the stove, it was missing a required gas regulator. I reached out to the company and they want to charge me $70 for a replacement. The customer service has been extremely hard to get hold of, they dont answer the phone; and it takes days to get a response through emails. The instructions are also very incomplete. The stove is gorgeous and I hope it works out as advertised

Hallman has a policy that all products must be inspected within 72 hours of receiving the range and any damages or missing pieces must be reported immediately.  This range was opened ten months later after the time frame to file any damage claims had expired.  As stated per our conversation, the part was sent out at no charge.  Please see the receipt showing there was no charge to you *******************  The tracking number is www.ups.com  1Z1RW7520390009519.  Also, attached is the invoice where Hallman waived your $72 fee for a new gas regulator.

I purchased the **** 40 Inch Nostalgie Series Freestanding Double Oven Dual Fuel Range with 5 Sealed Burners and Griddle (UPDN100FDMP) in February of 2022. We are currently renovating our home and installed the stove a few months later. We finally used the griddle part of the stove a few weekends ago. We used the griddle exactly one time. We followed the instructions to the **** The burner melted and no longer functions. We spent $5,300 on this stove for it to not function after one use. I reached out to the manufacturer and they claimed wear and tear. All we would like is for the burner to be replaced at no charge to us because it was obviously defective and they said they would not. I'm starting to feel defrauded by this manufacturer since they won't stand by such a horrible product failure.

This complaint isn't accurate. it is on an Ilve range. We are Hallman and this is a completely different company.

I have had this gas range for over a year. The entire time owning this range the baking as well as the middle burner functions just do not work. Their company has zero customer service and never answers their phone let alone emails. Im not quite sure how this company is still in business. Ive never seen a company literally not care once so ever about their customers. Now Im not completely sure if this is an actual scam company? But Ive had multiple appliance repair men come take a look and needed additional assistance from Hallman and not only do they never answer.. but not even a courtesy call back. *** even tried calling nostalgia ilve, wolf, and viking since I heard theyre comparable as a last resort of desperation. This has been an absolute nightmare. There is no way this company should still be able to operate. To say I am disgusted would be an understatement.

    Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience that COVID caused some of our customers. The factory in ***** shut down 3 times and we worked feverishly for 2 years to fulfill 2200 backorders. We hope that you are now enjoying your range and wish a happy and healthy life. This message is being sent to address any old claims that were unresponded to during that difficult time both in our company and the world collectively.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience the situation caused.

    Respectfully,
    Hallman Industries Team
