We placed an order for a Hallman Classico 48-inch Induction Range in Blue Grey with Brass Trim back in August of '24, and as a made-to-order item it had a ******* day lead time. We kept checking the webiste for status on our order as the time got close, but there was never any update. I emailed them in early Mar '25 for status on the order, but never received a reply back (this was after multiple attempts as reaching them at their only phone number which was *************). Finally after getting no response whatsoever and hoping to find some other way on their website to contact someone, all links to their site went to a single splash page that stated they were going through 'voluntary liquidation', and that they would attempt to refund incomplete orders within 6 months. I went back to their website recently, and now the splash page is completely gone and now the words 'Site not available' is the only thing appearing. We waited all this time and still have no oven, and they owe us the $5,039.30 we paid them!Initial Complaint

I purchased a range from this company and extended 5 yr warranty. The range was recently installed and has a few issues. Reached out to the company but now all numbers, emails etc are inactive. It appears the company has closed down. How do I get credit for my 500 extended warranty or rectify the issue with my range. We received our range with the wrong doors on the front. I spent extra$499 to get the arched doors and never received them. I contacted the company over and over to check on the shipping and was told oh yes they are on their way but never received them. I asked for a refund and nothing has happened. Now I see they have closed down and I have no clue what to do. I have also the front k**** of the range that keep falling off I have one burner that never worked when it arrived and no clue how to get any help. I purchased a stove from Hallman Industries on January 25, 2025 in the amount of $2,589.30. They said it would be delivered in May. I reached out to get information on delivery. The website now says they are out of business. No one has reached out to discuss refunding the money for the stove that was never fulfilled. There is not contact information and their support email and phone number is disconnected. I am not sure how to pursue the refund they owe. I received an email from **** at Hallman Industries on 2/24/25 saying that my stove was in the production phase and would be delivered in 2 to 3 months. He said he would reach out as soon as the container arrived. That is the last message I received.Initial Complaint

We purchased a Classico series 48" Gas Freestanding Range (HCLRG48CMMG) with extended warranties (5 year major appliance and 10 year parts) 10/17/2024. Received the appliance 11/15/24. After finishing our home renovation, we set up our new appliance and had, still have, the following issues:1.The two large burners on top will not ignite. 2.The bottom burner under the right oven is not working. We have reached out to Hallman Industries several times via email and phone with no response. We have reached out to local repair services and no one will even come look at it. At this point, we have a $5000 range/oven that has never been used and does not work. If they can not provide a repair service to come fix it and honor the warranty, we want a full refund.Initial Complaint

Date ordered: December 31, 2023 Delivery date: September 3, 2024 Purchase price: $3,452.25 Purchased: 48" gas (LP) freestanding range in blue grey with brass trim: SKU: HCLRG48SGR AND extended 5 year warranty SKU: LAGP55000 AND 10 YEAR major appliance component coverage SKU MAC10 After finally moving in to our new home, we had our range installed in April 2025. The stove top works great, but the ovens will not come up to temperature and then shut off and fail to maintain even the low temperature. The ovens are completely unusable. The company is now going out of business and can not be reached through any standard method of communication (phone, chat, email, etc). We purchased a 48" Range based on advertised special discounted cost on 5/1/2024. The range was to be delivered within 6 months. The delivery was very difficult, and the white glove delivery charge of $249 was to be refunded, but finally received December 3, 2024. The range was installed shortly after delivery. The range was delivered without the ****** conversion after we paid $299 for them to do the conversion. However they instructed us how to do the conversion. The range worked ok, but we were intouch with them about the conversion results, as the burners were hotter than usual, which would be a sign of the conversion from natural gas not working. 3/19/25 we were told we would recieve refunds, and were told to keep in touch and then in April they closed, going completely cold on any communication, and closed their website as well. Right after we noticed that the oven was not working, and since we did not have a way to get warranty service, which we paid $278 for the 5 year warranty, we called in a claim to our home warranty plan, and the repairman said he could not get the temp sensor part. So we are stuck with no refunds, and a range that has the large oven that will not work. We continue to determine any contact info of the courts, with no success so far. ****** advise your best recommendations.Initial Complaint

I couldn't for the life of me get ahold of someone via their online chat, support email address, or phone. Contact means gradually disappeared as months went by. I continued trying in January and in March I finally threatened to submit a BBB claim. Someone by the name of **** ********* responded stating it'd ship in another 2-3 months.... and a few weeks ago I saw they are liquidating and going out of business. ...As I'm sure you are aware. On April 22, 2024 I ordered:Classico Series 36" Dual Fuel Freestanding Range in Stainless Steel with Brass Trim from Hallman Industries, LLC.This stove was for a new home build and they were holding it until the build was finished. They did contact us on October 9, 2024 via email to let us know that they were holding it until the build was complete.When I tried to contact them on 4-14-25 to set up delivery I realized the business has shut down. I have no way to reach them.Please help in anyway so we can either get the product or get a refund. Thank you ***** *****
