WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! GIVING OUT INFO FOR OTHER PEOPLE IS ILLEGAL. Called my phone looking for another person, was rude when i said wrong number they argued that they needed to talk to them, and i told them wrong number. Rude lady just hung up then called back and i said wrong number, she argued again right before hanging up. your info is not safe if it gets in their handsCapio Partners, LLC Response

I have been notified by Capio Partners about a debt that I owe going back to 2018. Four years have gone by and knew NOTHING about it till I received there letter. Yes, I had a procedure in 2018 and paid all bills associated with that procedure. I feel I am not responsible and that it was an error in processing. All my medical bills get paid. They did however send me a letter with a 30% discount hoping I would probably cave in and pay it.. I don't think it's right to go after someone for a debt after 4 years especially when you know nothing about it. I have done research on my part through my health providers and insurance companies and know one can find anything for me regarding this issue.. If I have to my next step will be a Lawyer for guidance.....Capio Partners, LLC Response

This company called me out of the blue a few months ago. I had no idea who they were, nor would they disclose why they were calling me, other than to say they were, "wanting to discuss a business transaction." I asked what kind of "business transaction" they would be referring to, & they refused again to identify who they were or why I was getting this phone call. They then asked me to confirm my personal information. Anyone who knows anything about fraud prevention knows that you never provide an ounce of verification to someone calling you if you don't know who they are. I had repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list until they provided some sort of documentation about whatever this was. The calls were relentless. I finally got something in the mail which was a $200 medical bill I had already confirmed with the hospital that I was current, but with a change in their system, I fell through the cracks & showed a zero balance. I had thought this was all taken care of until I received ANOTHER call. Again, I refused to provide my personal information since I was the recipient of the phone call. I had just received a letter from them the previous day, so I immediately called them. I understand that being a debt collector isn't a fun job, but that doesn't give you license to be unkind to people. *******, I believe was his name, was incredibly unprofessional & even went as far to accuse me of lying about receiving a phone call a few minutes prior. What would I have to gain by lying about something like that? He then went on to treat me so disrespectfully, as if I were nothing but a nuisance since I was clearly someone who wasn't capable of paying their bills in his eyes. I got news for this jerk, you never know who is on the other end of the phone. They could be dirt poor trying to make ends meet & are scared to give out their personal info to a stranger, or they could be a millionaire, protecting themselves. All over $200...shamefulReview from John D

Capio partners does not have the right to harass me, call me and ask to pay a debt that I dont have. They said I owe on a hospital bill, which I been paying monthly per ** law I have a minimum to pay a month for being self pay. They have no right to take my funds, as I saw they took $103.72 from my account to close out my bill and settle the debt. This is Illegal what they did, when I been doing my part paying my bill and I worked hard on my credit report to have this company put anything on my credit. I do not do any business with Capio Partners nor they have the right to harass me. I want someone to contact me via mail. I also received no contract with signature, I received no mail stating anything about them or them collecting anything. This is ********* WANT MY MONEY BACK!! Or I will get myself a lawyer!! This is disgusting in hard times to take advantage of people!!Review from Jennifer D

This company is constantly harassing me about some debts, that are definitely paid for and were paid for awhile. Numerous fake account numbers, with a debt of nearly $3000! This company is clearly a scam and I want them to stop harassing me and clear my name from their database ASAP!!Review from Samantha C

My dad just received this letter for the first time last week. My dad is in the later stages of lung cancer so I handle all his affairs. I set him up a credit ***** account to when I got them to monitor his credit. To my surprise the account was already on there before we even got a notice. I am pretty sure that is not allowed. The whole reason we are here is because he made too much money the month he went to the hospital and we couldn't get on ******** until the 1st of September. So within 6 days he got a 97, 000 bill and we got it down to ****** with self pay discounts. When I called them, the guy I talked to had no clue what is going on. I asked where he bought the debt from and stated he cannot disclose that information. I called the hospital and they didn't even know anything about this company and informed who has my dad's debt right now. I got angry and stated you are passing my dads info around and you cannot let me know where you got it from. Luckily for me I record every conversation I have with these people on an app. Asked for an itemized bill, with where they got the debt from. We will see if it comes. Either way his only income is Social Security and is on borrowed time. Please let this man live in peace. He never signed to contract with you and all you do is steal from the poor and sick. Shame on you!Review from Coralis R

They sent me a text message that they recently sent a letter for an account didnt have me any I for just a link an a phone number to call which sounds very unprofessional to me because normally debt collectors will call you and harass you by the phone but thats not the case. I havent click on the link they sent neither contact them. I dont know what debt they are trying to collect and I havent received any letters. As far as I know it is against the law for hospital or ************** to share my information due to HIPPA and again I don't know what they are trying to collect because I haven't gotten any letters or calls just a text and based on all of the complains already thats why I am thinking they are trying to collect something from a medical bill. I will try to contact a lawyer for this because sounds like an scam.Review from Shenna G

Capio Partners, LLC posted a hefty negative collection on my Experian account. I work hard to keep my credit stellar. Their repulsive actions are a waste of my time. I hope this does not happen to anymore people.
