He couldnt printcontract. told him wanted to read contract before signing it.said Id need to sign it now, because after that special for $0 deposit be over was trying to save mom money so i signed. . hed give me refund of week if it took week to move.She moved in Jan 8, 23. first morning fell and broke hip she just got replaced.only there one night Jan 8, 2023.didnt come back Feb. 17, 23. refund totaling $2747. ************** Palliative in ******* records stated there was a Lack of Management Oversight due to medication errors. ************************* **************.)** said same about charging more. Then said he and nurse decided they would not charge more. I discovered they had charged her $9,240. ** said probably backcharges. I was not informed of any back charges owed. I called *****, executive directorShe set up meeting.she wasnt thereTaylor, regional director, said they already decided no refund. I tried to discuss it, never received the contract nor any invoices. She didnt care would not discuss it with me. ** wanted to go over charges, but agreements we came to were nil. I told them Id be moving mom out. ** said next bill wouldnt be so much. next bill was $8541. lied again. moved mom out June 1st.**** said had to speak with company. Told them already did she was not living there this month. said could come in disburse the charges but they didnt have to give back and that they could continue to charge account in future. 6/5/23 they took $5389.50 out of account. stolen $13, ******.
