    Do not hire this company. We should have fired them on day one but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Day one they sent out a dump truck to dump gravel on our road, we have an automatic gate I had already left for the day and my husband was at work. I think it was 8 AM and I received a call from my husband stating that there was a dump truck in our driveway waiting to get in the gate, no prior notification. My husband instructed J that the gate would close very quickly and if he didn't think the truck could make it through to let him know so we could get the gate opened. Needless to say when we got home the gate was bent and the arm was busted. They agreed they would buy a new gate and replace the arm. This was the first of the horrible work they did. Secondly, after all three piles of gravel were dumped **** sent his crew out. One skid steer and two stand behind skid steer's. These guys were grabbing loads of gravel driving off and around in our farmland dropping gravel and rocks all through our farmland. I was watching them thinking well I guess they're gonna have to rake all that out but that's what they are going to do because they're a landscaping company. Boy was I wrong they left our property in such bad shape we now have two gravel roads. This company agreed to give us 10% off but after spending 10K with them and now having to rake the rock and gravel out myself while carrying a nine-month-old in his carrier its so maddening. I paid $10,000 and I'm having to do the job. J and B do not know how to manage their employees, they do not hold them accountable. My husband called B to ask him why one of his employees confronted me about the work they were doing and his response was I don't know what's wrong with so-and-so that's just his culture the day after Easter. I'm so sick of hiring companies with five star ratings and getting crap. This was the biggest waste of money and I'm disappointed to say that their company is the worst ever.

    Hello ******** I understand your frustrations. I do wish it would have turned out better, but it was not for a lack of effort on our part. Instead of post a long winded rebuttal, i have opted to create a dropbox link to the folder for all of the unbiased facts related to your project so logical future customers can very likely still use our services. I must also thank you, for those potential customers who may agree with you, are certainly customers we do not want, as they are likely insatiable, have difficulty reading single line item estimates, emails, texts, and contracts that share facts necessary to comprehend for mutual success.

    As for the deliveries of gravel, due to supply chain issues and short notice for retrieval from the quarries, it is not possible to micromanage subcontracted freight companies. Especially where we say "get it as soon as you can our customer is grumpy" some parts of the job are not able to be managed as individuals from other companies are not on our payroll. They are given a destination, and direcitons. if they do not follow them, we cannot do anything about it. it is not uncommon in the industry. As for your gate, we paid for that with no help from the freight company as they would not take responsibility for it closing in on the sides of their semi truck. you'll see that in the list of the disputes in the dropbox link.

    You may also find things which were not communicated to you, which could alter your view of reality. We did everything mentioned on every estimate, and then some to the tune of over $3000 in additional freebies to try and appease the unappeasable.
