I was ordering food through the drive through 06/03/2023 and the one of the guys who was taking my order was not paying attention and kept saying things on my order wrong and I had to keep repeating myself and the manager ************************* or ******** came on the headphones yelling/ screaming at me being completely rude with a complete attitude saying speak louder we cant freaking hear you!!! I asked her why are you yelling at me and she proceeded to yell at me and I told her Im not going to yell out my order and I shouldnt have too. She then didnt want to take my order and refused to take my order and told me to pull up I said we can complete the order here and she get back on the headphones yelling once again. I asked her what was her name and she said we dont have to give you our names. I parked my car and went in the store and I asked her once again what was her name she again aggressive talked to me with an attitude and said I dont have to give you my name and walked off I told her I was reporting her and she said she dont care she isnt worried about it that she already told her manager. She then refused all her employees from communicating with me. She came back up to me and slapped a piece of paper on the counter and said heres my GM manager number call her. I got her name from one of the employees name *************************** who was sneaking to talk to me and he also expressed I did nothing wrong and he apologized on his manager behalf and gave me her name. I asked him is she always like this and he told me yes. This lady is completely rude and has no manners when it comes to communicating with customers. I was able to order with a nice lady name *******.
