If I could give them 0 stars I would. My most recent issue with them is trying to get my GAP refund. I submitted it in June and July and every time I call, they are in "meetings" or will not return phone calls or pick up the phone. I live two hours away and can't just walk in to try to speak to someone in person. SO FRUSTRATING. I will never ever deal with this dealership again.

They will sell damaged vehicles, if you don't see it before the sale, they refuse to repair afterwards. One would not expect this on a 2 year old vehicle. Have not experienced this at any other Dealer.

Where to begin. Had my car sent to get diagnosed. They quoted $13k for transmission repairs, which forced me to buy a new vehicle. The brand new vehicle I get needs a new battery two weeks later they offered to pay half the repair. Avoid this place.

Dont go here! My son has taken his car to this location on 3 separate occasions, to have them run a diagnostic to determine the issues related to his **** Focus. Each time the vehicle was left at your dealership for 4-7 days. Each time there was no diagnostic completed. The most current visit came after an appointment time was established to complete the diagnosis of the cars issues. While setting up this appointment we were assured that the vehicle would be seen and a diagnostic would be completed on this visit. However, when we called to check on the cars status, 4 days after the drop off, we were told that no diagnosis had been started and that the service department may not be able to get to it on that visit. While Im not entirely clear on the process to complete a diagnosis, I do feel confident that out of 3 visits of 4-7 days each one couldve been completed or at least started. When we expressed frustration with the service, we were told that the reasons for the failure to start the process, were due to staffing and parts shortages. While staffing would be within the realm of possibilities, a parts shortage seems less likely, as I presumed all **** dealers possess the machines and parts necessary to run a diagnostic on a **** vehicle. When we purchased the vehicle, we also purchased a warranty. We let the dealership know that we had a warranty and that we were coming to them in the hopes of using, but the service department wouldnt even complete the diagnostic test to see if the issue would be covered. My son has one car and leaving it with dealership dealership for weeks at a time is not pragmatic, if he wants to work and actually earn any money. I would be careful if you take your care here. This place seems like it would rather store cards than fix them.

I had as good of an experience as you can get when your truck stops working. I was met in the service department by an advisor who helped me get diagnostics squared away. I know that people were striking so some parts were on back order. He kept me up to date on all my repairs and I appreciated his effort to get me back into my truck as soon as possible. I feel like I was dealt with fairly and respectfully and if I have any future issues I hope that same advsior is there.

Was told 4-5 days when I made appointment, 5-7 days when I came in. ***** told about diagnostic fee until I came in. Communication was awful. Was told to communicate by text but on advisors day off (which I didnt know) when I was trying to get a status report to know if I needed to extend my car rental, no one was checking his texts. They even took a phone message for him without telling me he was off that day. During the excessive times I was on hold, heard constant claims of their great customer service. Vehicle was in diagnostics for 3 days for a simple diagnosis of module update that was covered by my diagnostic fee. Had same problem on way home so wasnt properly diagnosed. $450 later (including car rental), its still not fixed but I will not be taking it back to them. I posted a one-star review to ******* They responded with a non-working number requesting I contact them. After giving me a non-working number to contact them in their response, I called the main number and spoke with the service manager. He asked me to bring it back for one more procedure while I waited less than a half-hour. He initially blamed it on the battery but its a brand-new battery and when he checked the battery, it was good, and he gave me the printout to prove it. On the way home, it started doing the same warnings and, long story short, its now sitting in my driveway, completely dead. I told him that I would have it towed back only if they provided me transportation while it was in the shop. I didnt think that was an unreasonable request since I had rented a car for 8 days while they didnt fix it. He refused and I could think of no reason to take it back to them for them to sit on it as long as they wanted and likely, still not fix it.

My car broke down and had it towed to Griffith ***** they told my son who went to **** because he lives in San Marcos that it was the serpentine belt . I called them and told them that I was the owner and to call me because I was the owner of the vehicle. They never called or emailed me. I kept on calling finally got through they said car was ready. They told me it was $,1056. 00 I questioned amount, but at the end I sent my son to pick up car and pay. When he got there they told him it was $1900. and the car doesn't run that it need a new motor.. I never received an invoice, a phone call, or even a text message. They have horrible communication, I don't know what they did to the vehicle. and they sent my son an invoice for a different vehicle with someone else,'s vehicle.

This company is lazy and disrespectful. They told me to order a part, I did. They installed it, with attitude. It was the wrong part. They made me pay for the labor and incorrect part. When I complained, they tried to blame me. I was told to order the right part and was made to pay for the new part and labor with it. When I tried to argue, they told me that since I did not have the original parts form that they printed out for me to prove their mistake, there was nothing they could do for me. I am so frustrated with their complete lack of professionalism and clear incompetence. If I could rate them lower, I would.
