On March 21, 2025, I ordered these "fake" veneers for my son. When they arrived, he found he could not wear them as they made him gag. So, I immediately looked up their refund policy for information as to how I could return them, but there was not any information on that. So, I emailed them, no response, then I tried to call the number but that did not work and would not let me through. After a few more times of emailing and calling without any resolution I decided to file a complaint. Hopefully people will see this and not buy from this fraudulent business!Initial Complaint

On April 2, 2024 I ordered the White Bright Snap on Veneers and paid for express shipping. Three days turned into Three weeks for me to received. I was flabbergasted when I opened the package. It looked like fake plastic Halloween teeth. Absolutely no instructions were included. I immediately sealed back up and returned to sender. I called numerous times and began to get recording that there were call restrictions on my number. Also sent numerous text messages with no response. Its like this company only exists when they are scamming you for money. They vanish when returns or refunds are pursued by unhappy customers. Still waiting on response from ********************** *** I would not recommend anyone to this untrustworthy business.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company on August 5, 2023. l did receive an order confirmation.The order number is #*****. I sent an email on August 11th and requested a cancellation since I never received any notification about shipment. On August 15 I received a notice that the order was on the way, I replied and requested cancellation a second time. On August 18 I received an email that the package was out for delivery. I sent another email requesting the address to return the item because I no longer wanted to purchase, and the order did not contain a receipt or instructions on how to use. I tried to contact them by phone and there was no answer. As of today they have never responded to any communication that I have sent to them. I want to return the item and receive a refund. I ordered a set of veneers I paid about $50 with my debit card . When I received them I didn't like the look .It looked too fake and no instructions how to use them they were too big also I sent them back the same day same packaging without even trying them. I paid for certified mail to make sure they get them. I also tried calling their customer service number but is always disconnected. I lost my dental flipper in the lake fishing. I can't get into the dentist to get a new flipper until September and it is ***** I bought these as a temporary fix until I could get my new flipper. There's absolutely no customer service. I've sent three emails no response and the phone number is disconnected. This is a scam. It's going on 2 weeks and I have yet to receive my snap-on veneers. When checking out it said 4 to 7 business days. I paid $50 to get nothing. This business should be shut down! The only resolution I can see is refunding my money. I ordered some veneers from a different company which were delivered 2 Days later. What a waste of time and money! This company prays on people with dental issues because we're desperate at times. This company is wrong! Everybody who has filed a complaint should get together and do a class action lawsuit against this unacceptable company.
