Yo ************************* le *** permiso a ******************************* que aboge y someta este datoSamuel decided to purchase this vehicle at Carlo Motors 8/222 days later i heard and felt the Jeep vibrate we spoke to the ower several time the mechanic checked it several time not only for the reason but bc the Jeeps git stuck on 4x4 all the lights turn on & off the Jeep rises and goes bk to park position as i am at a stoplight the bk camera/radio turn on/off out of nowhere, the there was a time it turned off on the expressway as i was driving my children to school, i am scared to drive it bc it turns off and at times it wont start so i have to get a jumpstart, fr the start we could feel the heat coming thru the hood it stayed hot for hours, Mr ***** kept lying to us about the vehicle never having transmission problems even after we confronted him with proof that this Jeep had been returned by a married couple in June/July for having transmission problems then Mr ***** acknowledge it HAD problems but supposedly fix he even sent me to **** his transmission mechanic the lady in the front office did not remember the Jeep nor had any documents stating the worked on the Jeep I van even asked me to take my buyers insurance and he could check and work on it but it would take several weeks i have been taking the Jeep bk almost every 2/3 weeks at this moment the Jeep has been parked for 2 1/2 weeks broken from the 4x4 suspension they supposedly fixed @ ********************* 1 day after Mr ***** charged us $467 to fix the water pump that i am more then sure was causing the Jeep to be hot again from day one.All he ever says is ************, he has not responded to any of my emails any of my calls as soon as I get there they all run and hide the day that I went over to talk to him the Jeep stauled I waited outside I make a police report I walked bk in & surprisingly they were all sitting at their desk after I was told by the secretary he was out of the office they are rude and obnoxious I have proof Im not the only one that has these problems I think BBB should investigate them because they have many certificates on their walls stating they are BBB accredited
