              I placed a shipment through Freightquote for SMT to pick up a shipment for delivery. The driver never arrived. I had it rescheduled the next day and still, no driver. This happened for 5 straight days and when I reached out to Freightquote about this shipment, SMT claimed that they tried calling me (LIE) and that no one was there. They also said they would make no further attempts for pick up, damaging the order and relationship with my customer. I provided my call logs, proving no call was made nor attempt for pick up. They are now attempting to charge me for their incompetency.

              Cannot post **** of Lading on here - 2 pallet shipment of Rubber Mats from ******* to ******* DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SOUTHWESTERN MOTOR TRANSPORT - THEY WILL QUOTE THE LOWEST AND CHARGE YOU MORE FOR RESIDENTIAL OR LIFT GATE AND THEN TELL YOU TO COME AND PICKUP YOUR SHIPMENT BECAUSE THEY CANNOT **********. THE ******* LOCATION IS INCOMPETENT AND RUDE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ABILITIES. I placed a shipment on freight quote paying twice as much for residential delivery and lift gate services. They picked up the item and are now holding my items hostage at the location stating they cannot deliver it because they only have 53 foot trailers. ******, the *******, ** manager is incompetent and unhelpful and extremely rude. Forwarding this to our General Counsel. I am filing a complaint with the State Attorney and DOT on their carrier license.
