      My family has reached out do to damages caused by this company and we can't seem to get in contact with the manager. We call in the am the manager is always busy or away so we call later and he/she left for the day. They take our information to call us back but never do it's been about 2 weeks now. Today when we called I had a rude receptionist who was dismissive, agitated & argumentative rather than helpful or even concerned. She kept saying she didn't know anything that it's not her job , to leave a message but when she transferred me I wasn't able to as it would return my call back to her desk . After the 5th time trying to transfer me I asked for her managers name and she became even more agitated with the situation saying I was yelling. We just want to speak with someone who knows what's going on with our claim due to our vehicle not being mobile because of the damages caused.

      Texas Towing sent me to collections for a debt I legally did not owe. They never contacted me about the claimed debt prior to sending to collections, nor did their collections company contact me before filing a notice on my credit report. When I called Texas Towing to ask for more information, their agent "*****" hung up on me. I am now having to dispute a collections notice on my credit report due to their negligence and reckless disregard for Texas and Federal law. I sold a vehicle on June 10, 2024. In compliance with Texas law, I submitted an electronic vehicle transfer notification form on June 23, 2024. At some point before July 23, 2024, the new owner abandoned the vehicle on a public road. Texas Towing is contracted by the city of SA and ************ to tow vehicles for law enforcement (why they have this contract when they have a D- rating from BBB is beyond me). Texas Towing apparently towed the vehicle on July 23, 2024 and told the collection agency that I *** this debt. A simple 5 minute DMV search shows proof that I submitted the required transfer documentation to the state of Texas and by Texas law I am not financially responsible for this vehicle after June 10, 2024. This appears to be a willful and knowing violation of the fair credit reporting act (****) and complaints have been filed with the Texas Attorney General, the ********************* and the **********************************.

      January 9 2025 Texas Towing My car was impounded due to no insurance. Got my insurance and went to go pick up my Vehicle. when I arrived at the impound, they took me to my car and I could not believe my eyes when they told me thats your car. whole bumper had completely been ripped out. ************* did do an inventory on my whole vehicle stating that there were no damages, but when I ***** pick up my car, the whole bumper was completely ripped off. I have reached out to them multiple times and they said that the man that supposed to with this is never there. I have called at different hours, and he is never there. They said they would be calling me back multiple times and they have not called me back to fix the solution on the damages to my vehicle at this point, I dont know what to do.

      My brother was in an accident on his way to the bank. A car stopped abruptly and he try to swerve but rear ended them. His air bags deployed but luckily he was mostly unharmed but shook up definitely. The police called a towing company contracted buy the City of ***********. They towed his car before he could get his belongings and valuables out of the car. When he showed up to the tow yard to junk his car, his deposit was missing. After asking the office about it, they gave him a portion but stole approximately $2000 from his deposit. These were tips he had made from working over 100 hours during thanksgiving. These people have given him the runaround as to where the rest of his cash is. They have knowingly stole from him and have not returned his money to him. There have been many others that have been in the same situation with this company. And the fact that the city employs them and that the police department called them to tow people is definitely problematic as well.

      The towing company failed to write down my items in my car and then stole them. Texas towing at ************************************************************. The tow occurred at 6:00 am on May 14. I will provide the information in the attached.

      In a collision last Saturday that totaled my truck and set me to ER. No time to get anything out of my truck at that time. So I have no transportation, and need important papers and personal tools and belongings out of truck. This company refused to let family I sent there to collect my things. Because they say they are not on my insurance??? RU kidding me? JUST A WAY TO STEAL PEOPLES BELONGINGS AND ACCESS PERSONAL ID INFORMATION ! THEY NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS. *************************** **********

      I was on my healthcare provider job and my car was towed on Sunday 3/19/2023 in the Humble area, ***** ********** Apartments. Towed by "********" Driver *************************** TDLR # ***, ************.The towing company "*********************, ************************************************************************** 77020-2030. They damaged my alignment on my car. It had to be repaired 3/29/2023 at the charge of $730.51. It still doesn't drive the same. I can't go over 70 miles per hour, as it shakes. Not sure how my car was towed my care four down, with a tow dolly, or with a car hauler. Please help!*****************

      On August 28, 2022 around 8:34 pm I got into an car accident and texas towing was dispatched to retrieve my vehicle. After signing off and PHYSICALLY handing the to the texas towing driver. My mom, wife, me and two police men witness my wife handing them the key. I get a phone call from an advisor at the dealership where my vehicle was dropped say they can't get into my car because they don't have the keys. This dealership has two locked drop boxes to put paper work and keys in after hours. Neither of them had my keys in the boxes. I am absolutely outraged that such a big towing company won't own up and help me get a replacement key for my car.
