This company towed my car from am apartment complex They crushed in my headlight and broke off the trim of my grill. I tried to talk to the "girl" - some shorty frumpy, super attitude person who cried she was too busy to come look at the car. There was zero people on site or waiting to get their cars. She just wanted to be a total and complete assh*le and yelled " manager is on their way " I waited over 45 minutes and said manager never showed up. I was over 4 hours late to work and docked pay because of it. So I filed a formal complaint with the state, contacted an attorney and filed on my insurance. They also towed my car, which is all wheel drive nearly 30 miles and ruined my transmission, car pulls to the left now too aside from the other damage to my car. As long as they get their $300, they can give 2 craps about you or your car. Completely unprofessional, no existent customer service and rated F on ******************** and non stop 1 star reviews. Not sure how this company is even in business? They deserved to be closed down.

I live in an apartment complex that has a towing contract in place that can remove cars without resident parking stickers, I fully understand that. Yesterday, 1/18/2023, my car completely died on my way to work and I was told I had a cracked transmission. I'm a military dental tech so I couldn't leave work right away because of the work load, but was released after people returned from lunch. I went to a dealership to look for a newer car, and luckly found a newer used vehicle in my price range. After all the paperwork was done, it was 6:30 p.m. when I left the dealership and it took another ***** mins to get back to my apartment. The front office was already closed (they close at 5), so I couldn't get a new parking sticker until the next day. Today 1/19/2023, I walked out to find my car gone, called the police, and found out it had been towed by Big State Wreckers. Now again, I know they have a contract and job to do, but I can't for the life of me make sense out of why Big State Wreckers would tow a car that obviously just came from the dealership, even had the dealership logo plate on it and temporary tag on the back, and tow it? Now, I understand if the car was sitting for days and no action was taken to get a parking sticker, but I had the car less than 12 hours before it got towed, and someone with common sense would see it just came from the dealership, so why not **** the car info and come back the next day to see if a parking sticker had been placed. I'm upset with the apartment complex as well, because there should be an understanding when it comes to situations like this.
