    I had purchased new rims and tires on 9/10/23 , the staff member informed that my purchase would arrive on the following Tuesday 9/12/23. I had to call on Tuesday to make sure my purchase had arrived, the company Texas tires did not inform me of my purchase arrival.Service of installion of new rim and tires was provided. Tuesday , When installation is complete , the employee asked what are you gonna do with your old rims, I told him , I would be back for them, Im only taking one, because the rest dont fit in my mustangs trunk. The employee told me to come back Saturday and add the sensors to my Vehicle, which was never given to me. I called Saturday 9/16/23 and told them if they were gonna add the sensors to my vehicle and the employee over the phone told me they had to ordered new sensors, and I said ok but Ill be going today to pick my old rims and tires. The employee told me ok. When I arrived to pick my rims the employees told me they disposed my rims, and that they were going to see if they can retrieve them, that they would let me know Mondays, at this point the manager and other 3 employees Were being disrespectful and laughing, I asked them to let me know Monday for sure , and person laughed because I asked for them to call me and let me know. I didnt get any communication from them until Monday 9/18/23 I went there in person , and employees continued to be disrespectful and told me they didnt have my rims and tires. I continue to let them know I was going to be back for them. I finally left and I wasnt given back my items. On Monday I called the cops and told them the situation , the cops advise me to contact the BBB.

    On 9/28/22 I visited Texas Tires and spoke to salesman ******, I asked about purchasing wheels. I showed ****** what I desired and he stated he did not have in stock, but could get next day, with a deposit. I asked ****** what if you cannot get the exact wheels I want, can I have my money refunded? Just replied *************** sated he only required $300.00 deposit. I agreed and paid ****** not $300, but $500.00 deposit with credit card. After I paid with my credit card ****** handed me a receipt with balance and also on receipt was a Final Sale disclosure, which was not discussed with me verbally prior to ****** charging credit card. The following day a female employee from Texas Tire called me and stated that the wheels were not available and I need to come in for my money. I went to Texas Tires a few days later to retrieve my money, when I arrived ****** told me that the Policy had changed and that my Refund was not available and I needed to find another product. I told ****** that there was nothing else there that interested me and that I just my money refunded. I asked to speak to manager and a person named 'J" intervened and stated he was the manager and owner and that I was NOT going to get a refund, and for me to read the disclosure on the receipt. I told "J" that I was not told that, until after receipt was handed to me and credit card had been charged. "J" stated you have to buy something here now with that $500.00. I refused and departed. I have spoken to ****** several times on phone about my refund and he kept saying, he would talk to the owner. On 1/23/23 I visited the store and spoke to the same female which called me earlier, and she asked what I need and I said my refund. At this time "J" exited his office and stated NO, you will have to buy something here, read your receipt, All Sales Final. ****** was also present and *** stated that his employee would not say a refund was available, ****** stated he did not remember and than stated it's on the receipt All Sale Final with no Refund. Attached is Texas Tire Receipt with NO signature of mine acknowledging any disclosure.

    ***************** Vistited our Location on 09/28/22 Purchasing special order wheels from our selection. "******" As a high valued employee has been with our company for over 3 years and abided by our Policy and Guidelines of our ALL SALES FINAL POLICY and also NO REFUNDS. Customers copy does not have a signature as it is only his receipt. Our Record on File with our **************** indicate a signed and process invoice with ****************** Signature and can be provided. Customer came in on 01/23/2023 demanded a refund as he has already purchased a set of wheels and tires for his vehicle. I myself responded that his deposit is non refundable and can be utlilized as In Store Credit toward any of our services he may inquire throughout the future. Customer then suits to call our corporate office for assistance but is promoted with the same company guidelines I myself had mentioned in store. Even though he neglected his future business with our company our credit will stand for him as he is always welcomed.

    I placed a wheels/tires order with Texas Tires on Sept 17, 2022. I paid a $1,000 deposit to get the order in place. *** the manager of the tire shop informed me that the order will be submitted Monday 19 Sept because they have to drill the wheels for the specific vehicle and that the wheels were going to be at the shop by the end of the week ***** Sept. I called by the end of the week to get an update on the wheels but he was in meetings so he couldn't talk to me because there were some delays. Last week I talked to him and he said there was some problem with the shipping department from the place he ordered the wheels I told him that if I didn't get the product by the end of the week( Oct 10th, 2022) I will cancel the order and I would want my money back. I went to the shop Saturday, Oct 8th to cancel the order because they didn't have the wheels due to the shipping problem and *** told me that I can't cancel the order or give me the deposit back. I want to get a refund of the deposit because first he told me that the wheels will arrive in a week.
