            I had my siding replaced by Titan Windows in Siding in October 2023. When they quoted me, they failed to add in the cost of replacing the skirt so I have a half finished house. Not only that but a piece of my siding has already fallen off the house. When I go to contact them, my email gets returned as undelivered.

            Titan remodeling William ******* of Titan Remodeling came to our hime January 4, 2021 to pickup a down payment toward windows for $13,000. He said that our windows would be installed no later than the end of April, its now September 13, 2021 and We haven't heard from William ******* -owner after making numerous attempts to get in touch with him. I call and spoke with Johnny ******* on Sept 8, 2021 after leaving countless voice messages, to no avail. He made no effort to explain why our window have not been installed or why our money haven't been returned. He said that I would need to speak with William ******* who refuses to return my call.
