2 starsI really wanted to have a great experience with Pure Energy. In the beginning, everything seemed fine my solar system worked well for a couple of years with no major issues. But once the cellular connection in the inverter started acting up earlier this year, things went downhill fast.I reached out for support, and at first, I was told the problem was due to cell towers in my area. That explanation didnt make sense, and honestly felt like they were just brushing me off. After some persistence, I did speak with someone who actually tried to help but the only solutions I was offered were: Buy a new WiFi Gateway from them (at my own cost) Pay for a technician to come run a cable from my modem to the inverter Contact the manufacturer myself for help None of this felt right. Why should I have to pay more or chase down fixes for something that should have been covered or better supported? The system was supposed to be reliable and backed by service. Instead, I feel like Ive been left hanging.Its frustrating to feel like once the sale is made, the support stops. I expected better, and I dont want others to go through the same headache. If youre considering Pure Energy, please think twice. 1 starThey called me while I was in the hospital conning me to sign up, promising a rebate every 6 months of $200, and competitive supply charges, and that I can cancel anytime. However, when I received their confirmation letter in the mail, it said I will be charged almost 4x as much as conEd supply charges so I called them to verify and I learned that I am not expecting a $200 rebate rather it will be UP TO $200 which it is only a single months rebate of the highest bill from the last 6 months..so basically that means they charge almost 4x as much as only give back 1 of the 6 months overcharges. 1 starThis vile company called and harrassed my 96 year old mother completely confusing her. I called to cancel it and received nothing but a sales pitch again. It was revolting to deal with a accented person trying to force me to agree to allow my mother to do this when she did not want to . They tell you cancel anytime at no cost but they give you a hard time and keep you on the phine a long time trying to wear you down to agree, I am reporting them to the better business bureau as soon as I get off the phone with them. They are vile scammers and just a******* to deal with. They lie about everything.Pure Energy Inc

We take this complaint seriously and do not tolerate aggressive sales tactics under any circumstances.
Unfortunately, the complainant didnt include her mothers name or any identifying information, so were unable to confirm who was contacted or which *** was involved. Without that, its difficult to investigate or take corrective action.
That said, weve flagged the phone number associated with this submission and paused any future outreach to it. If the complainant is willing to provide additional details, well review the call immediately and take any appropriate next steps.

1 starI bought my solars two years ago. At first I only had a $50 energy bill once every other month, but then my bill started going back up. I am currently paying two seperate energy bills. I saved no money and itlf anything, paying more for my energy bill. They also said that the rebate check was going to be $11,500, it ended up be $6200. When we called to ask why it wasn't as much as the told us, they didn't give us an answer. Don't get solars. Not worth the headache.Pure Energy Inc

5 starsMy experience with LightSkye energy and **** ****** has been first class. He is widely available to be contacted for any all questions you may have regarding your experience in going solar. Working with him directly, he has been very helpful. His assigned personnel for providing the necessary work to complete this solar project, I personally found them to be very knowledgeable and their work ethics from start to finish, to be performed in a manner that you would expect from their accomplished and personal expertise. No time wasted in their capabilities to perform. Having spent a lifetime myself undergoing contractual jobs, I know what to look for and observe during the process. His employees are very good at what they do, and have your interests in mind with your expectations to complete your solar project satisfactorily. 1 starMy experience with solar panels has been terrible, this company promised that my electric bill was suppose to be at least half of what I normally pay. Unfortunately, I have been paying the same and now I am stuck with panels that don't even work. I am not sure if they are just not being installed properly or what the deal is but they are not producing anything.Pure Energy Inc

Upon investigation, we found that the issue was caused by a malfunctioning inverter, which is manufactured by SolarEdge. As soon as this was identified, SolarEdge approved a replacement at no cost on February 1st. Once the new unit arrived, our team promptly installed italso at no ****** February 18th to minimize any downtime.
Your system is now fully operational, with all panels reporting and producing as expected. While this was an unfortunate and isolated equipment issue, we understand the frustration it caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve it. I know my panels aren't producing anything and they still refuse to send a technician to at least look at it. It's a total scam!
