    Spent over $3k on roof repairs, specifically skylight leak. Its now leaking and Roof Fix is out of business?

    My Family paid $59,000 for solar panels that were installed in August of 2023. My warranty includes the following:25yr maintenance, cleanings, performance warranty, parts & labor 5 year roof maintenance for 25yrs I just recently discovered that Rooffix is no longer in business so what is the recourse for consumers likes?? How is maintenance get done now? Weve pain a lifes savings now without the warranty we paid for. I'd appreciate your assistance in this matter.

    Paid for a roof tune up meaning they would do minor repairs on roof replace shingles add tar where needed or nail down. Tried contacting them for months now and no answer. This was 36 month agreement that started at the time of payments.

    I purchased a new roof with a warranty. My roof is leaking and it needs to be fixed. How can it be fixed if the business closed and took our money?

    The business had a 5 year warranty and our roof started leaking. Couldn't contact company by email, phone or social media. Now I have a leaking roof and still paying the bill. I shouldn't be paying for something I'm bot getting.

    February 2023 new metal roof was installed. May 2024 I inquired about some warranty work. I have called and left voice-mail (no response) emailed (address doesn't exist anymore) reached out on social media and still no response. A 5 year warranty was included in this contract agreement and they are not honoring it, where as I am, since I'm still having to pay. Mosiac is a finance company we are using for this roof. I've reached out to them, they have called as well, but said there's really nothing they can do to help. I just want work done on my roof and for Roof Fix to abide by the contract. Thank you!

    Was told the roofing job had a lifetime warranty on labor and materials. This was 2 yrs ago 2/11/2022.Have left messages by phone on on web site. Calls have not been returned. Shingles coming off roof.

    Solar panels were purchased from Roof Fix in Apr 2023. They also sold an extended maintenance plan for annual cleaning/inspection. I haven't been able to contact them to schedule the maintenance after many phone calls. I understand they may have filed bankruptcy and aren't in business but not sure. Is there recourse for refund of the maintenance plan or have they referred previous customers to another business?

    Had a leak on 3/09/2023 and the company came out and repaired it. Gave me a 3 year warranty. I have a leak now in the same place and have been trying to contact this company. I haven't received a returned call for over 3 days.
