      Presidio replaced the roof after a hail claim. They were warned of a problem area around the chimney for which I received a 10 year warranty beginning in 2020. The roof has leaked numerous times since installation of the new roof with numerous attempts to repair it, the latest leak occurring in November 2022. The company is now dragging their feet promising to return my calls without result and insinuating in so many words last conversation that they are not inclined to return to fix the problem. .eanwhile heavy damage to the interior continues to occur during fairy periods.

      We have been in communication with the homeowner in regards to this leak. When we took the job from the homeowner he explicitly told us that area had been leaking ever since he had bought the home and he had multiple other roofers and contractors come to the house prior to hiring us to replace his roof in attempt to fixing the leak. Two years ago we replaced the roof and made sure to pay close attention to the chimney area but the leak still persisted unfortunately. We have conducted multiple repairs since then and feel the leak could be coming from the masonry around the chimney, so its possible it may not even be a "roofing" issue. 

      We are scheduling another visit at the property to perform an even more exhaustive investigation into where the leak could be coming from. Obviously if its coming from the roof then we will take care of everything since that is part of our workmanship warranty, but if we find that it is coming from something other than the roof, then we will advise the homeowner on what to do.

      At this time, please just leave this complaint in a pending status until we are able to determine the root cause of this issue. We will have some feedback in the coming days that should help resolve this situation.
