    ***** ******** at Ideal Precision saved my roof. I had a new roof installed seven years ago by another roofing company and it was done incorrectly, which subsequently caused extensive wood rot that took seven years to manifest. I had several different roofing companies look at it and each of them told me that the roof was installed so poorly I would simply need to replace the entire roof, which was going to cost about $140*. ***** said it was salvageable. He did everything he could to keep the cost down. He is knowledgeable and was great about keeping me informed every step of the way. He was responsive to every single question I had and instilled a lot of confidence in a disillusioned customer. The repair was seamless, and even though the wood rot was more extensive than they accounted for in the original estimate, it did not effect the bottom line by much. ***** and Ideal Precision take customer service seriously and it shows.

    We highly recommend this company. *************************** worked with our insurance company to personally show where our roof had issues in order for our claim to get approved. He then arranged for our solar panels to be removed, cleaned and replaced as part of our claim. Very streamlined and professional!
