In the May/August timeframe I had my roof replaced due to a tornado that happened in May. After the job was done I was given a run down of how much I was to pay the company after supplements $2, ******. Attached you will see the supplements the company had put in for to my insurance company but the problem is that the supplements were things that were not done by the company. I called my insurance company to have them walk me through what supplements were asked for and everything stated by my insurance company was work that wasn't done. When I explained this to the roofing company and asked if we could conference call with someone from their company and my insurance company, they put it off and then two members from the roofing company called me gave me vague answers to what happened. They then sent me a generalized bill where it shows they took off one i$2276.65 where are very close to the previous charges so I'm concerned they are still charging for work that wasn't done. When asked about why this is I haven't gotten a response. On February 24, ************************************************************************* and someone from my insurance company to go over the charges but I haven't heard back.

Hi Kassidy, I am so sorry we did not meet all of your expectations. I would like the opportunity to change that and my goal is to have you as a fully satisfied customer. I now realize that I should have initiated the three way conversation with your insurance company rather than trying to explain it myself. There were supplement items that were roof related and supplements that were not roof related and I think this is where the misunderstanding lies.

I'm going to text you in efforts to schedule a time that is convenient for you that we can call your insurance company and have a three way conversation to clear things up. I hope that you accept my apology and allow me the opportunity to resolve this matter.

      Sincerely,

      David Violette

Hi ******, sorry that one of my employees put a flyer on your door with a no soliciting sign on it. I've just reinstructed everyone on my team to not put flyers on any doors that state no soliciting. We were unaware of being in any no soliciting neighborhoods, we always look for signs that state it is a no soliciting neighborhood before we solicit in said neighborhood. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
