I was completely unsatisfied by the remodel project. It was to be a week to 2 week project that took 4 months. I had a shower retile and a kitchen backsplash put in with under cabinet lighting. With the tile job in both places nothing was level, straight or flush. The shower floor was not waterproofed properly, so my closet flooded. When I told the first contractor about it, he didn't seem too worried about it. I took photos and sent the company. They drug their feet and finally decided to re do it. The kitchen subway back splash had the same issues. Nothing was level, and at one point I had two different colors of grout. When the lighting went in after about a week, one was shorting out because of the shotty wiring job. They tacked the wires under my cabinets and poked holes in my cabinets with the small nails sticking through. When they said they were done, my kitchen was not finished. I still had some small holes in the wall from when they re took out the tile. I didn't get the bullnose tile on the ends, they forgot to order it. They broke a piece of my Polish Pottery that I can not replace. My bathroom cabinet was cracked and they tried to fix it with clear caulk.
