    This is the worst complex ever! The office staff are unprofessional and disorderly. ******, ****** (or however she spells her name) and **** (maintenance man) are lazy and inconsiderate and find everything to be a joke. They do not do their job and continuously make you wait extensively long periods of time to resolve issues. On 12/29/2021 My husbands Christmas package was mailed out and **** dropped it off at the leasing office and instead of them calling us to let us know to come pick it up, Johnni goes out of her way to direct **** to drop off packages and he dropped it off at the wrong door and lied about it or he couldve possibly just simply stole it honestly. I am 9 months pregnant with twins and that box contained baby stuff that we really needed along with sentimental items such as books that my husbands grandmother handmade for him when he was a child and she passed away in March from COVID so the package means a lot. The staff has no type of desire to take responsibility of the losing of his package nor are they interested in helping us find it considering they were the ones who lost the package to begin with. The staff and him got into a very heated argument regarding their behavior towards the package being lost and it resulted in the staff calling the police even though they were yelling and screaming at my husband. They refused to pull up the list of all of the homes the packages were delivered to that day and it had been over a week at that point when we asked for it so we could check around for it. The property is now telling us we have until 01/01/22 to vacate the property or they will file for eviction and banned my husband from the office even though they still dont have an answer to the package that was lost by them. I do not believe this is fair nor believe I should be kicked out due to their lack of awareness when handling other peoples belongings that shouldve never been tampered with to begin with. They all need to be fired asap. Horrible!

    zero stars first im not upset i wasnt approved but the administration fee charged with the application fee should be returned one your not approved i asked multiple times what each fee was for. to process your application. well thats what the application fee should be for the admin fee should not be charged when your not accepting the tenants. they have taken money that could be used for a new home. this company is robbing people not approved for their apartments.
