All sales are final - Deposits on All-Steel Structures are not refundable once an order has been processed. If a sale has to be cancelled, after an order is processed, we will offer a credit, in-house, in the full amount of the deposit, to be applied to the deposit (NOT the balance) of another structure at a later time.
