    On December 6th, 2023 I contracted with Affordable Waterscapes (AKA Fusion Pool Builders) at a total price of $42000 to purchase & Install a San **** Fiberglass pool. I paid a $4080 Initial deposit to secure the contract and towards ordering the pool. Per the contract schedule, the San **** pool was supposed to be ordered, delivered, and installed by the end of January 2023. ******************* (***************************) and *********************** both visited my yard and confirmed that they are the authorized installer of the *****************************. **** stated that he purchases his fiberglass pools from Garys ************ (***********, BBB-accredited business). On January 6th, 2023 I requested **** to provide me proof of order confirmation and delivery before he permits and blueprint of the pool. **** said to provide me with information in a few hours as he did not have that details on his phone. We agreed that without those official proofs, he will not start excavation in my yard.As of April 26th, 2023 It has 4 months & since I have not heard back from ****. I called, texted several times, and emailed him, via WhatsApp, and ******** Marketplace, (His official fiberglass installation listing page). I contacted the ***************************** to check on my order status, where I found that there was never an order placed for my pool.SJ also confirmed that **** is NOT in their authorized installer I contacted ****************** they confirmed that they had never done business with **** or his company before also they do not buy San **** pool for any of their customers. **** did not perform any work, nor ordered the pool. He simply took my $4000 and disappeared. His ******** page is removed, his business website is no longer available, and his phone number goes straight to Voice message. **** should refund my money rightfully. But unfortunately, he chooses to disappear and ran away with my $4000. He is a thief and a scam.

    Poor product and poor attempt to correct issues. When pool was delivered prior to installation it looked like a blemished or repaired fiberglass shell. Pool was installed and not level. Gel coat was cracked in one upper corner and most of the inside looks like it was repaired poorly. The crew did come back out and made a terrible attempt at repairing by using a cheap roll on epoxy. It flaked off almost immediately. Coping is chipping off all around the pool. Have been told multiple excuses for why they havent been back out, sick, no employees, truck broke down and everything except the dog ate my homework. No paperwork for the pump or lighting. Now has gone silent and does not return my calls or text ************ is now working under the name **************. Be ware for using this guy.
