    "i called them because my ac stopped working, a guy named REMOVEDcame looked at my ac and said everything was wrong with my unit and i needed a brand new one, another guy came from elmers named REMOVEDand gave me an estimate of 3200, i agreed when i saw the contract it was REMOVED, theres no way i can afford that, so i told him i didnt want the work done anymore, i had someone else come and check the unit and turns out REMOVEDfrom elmers burned the motherboard of my unit so i can purchase their unit, it was a simple fix, now i am being harassed to pay them for their time, i gave them 300$ , if anything they should pay me my money back and apologize for breaking my unit, im a disabled person and elderly, that was elderly abuse to mess up my unit and with my health issues and children living in the house its unacceptable what this company did to me and now being harassed, please dont ever call these people, worse company i have dealt with"
