            On August 11th, 2022, the owner of Angel Plumbing, ******, and one of his employees, came to my residents to install an anode rod in my water heater. A few days prior, we exchanged texts and phone calls to schedule this work. I explained that my hot water was coming out brown and smelly. ****** assured me that replacing the anode rod would correct the issue. I paid $225 to have the rod replaced, not including the price of the rod itself. ****** also instructed me to drain the water heater, which I did. Two weeks later, the hot water was brown again. I ran the hot water for some time, and when this did not correct the issue, I texted ****** on September 4th, 2022 to complain. His reply was various plumbing instructions that were beyond my scope and abilities. I replied as such and asked him to return. He has not replied since.
