I recently had a terrible experience with ******'s dog grooming services and decided to leave an honest review on ******* However, I am now being threatened with a lawsuit for defamation by ******, even though everything I said in my review was true.Not only was the grooming experience subpar, but the fact that ****** is willing to *** a customer for sharing their honest opinion is incredibly concerning. Despite being flexible with my appointment time and completing the grooming session in a timely manner, the overall experience was disappointing and fell far short of my expectations.Additionally, ****** failed to ask for a vaccination record before grooming my dog is alarming, as it is a legal requirement for all groomers. The waiting area was also dirty, with an old piece of chicken left out near the fish tank.Furthermore, the grooming area is hidden behind a wall, which made it impossible for me to see how my dog was being treated. When I picked up my dog, she was extremely thirsty, which makes me question if she had access to water during the grooming session.Overall, my experience with ******'s dog grooming services was negative, and the fact that I am being threatened with a lawsuit for sharing my honest opinion is even more concerning. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for a professional and ethical grooming experience for their beloved pet.
