    I went into this orthodontist office asking if I could have my teeth moved facing in instead of out. The orthodontist ******************* told me if there was anyone in town who could do it, that would be him. He said it would be a process of about 9 to 12 months. He ended up keeping my braces on for 2.5 years and the result was the complete opposite. He brought my teeth way more out shifted my jaw to the right and now my jaw is completely crooked, my jaw hurts to bite down and he said he did not know what had happened to my situation and why my teeth were not moving in like he thought they would. He then told me I could get a refund or to put braves back on and I said I would take either or, he has then stopped answering to emails, text messages or phone calls and his receptionist won't allow me to speak to him. At this point I just want my money back so I can hire another orthodontist to fix the problem.

    Good morning* we have discussed this with the patient in the past and as stated on her ortho chart and after reviewing case with the Dr * patient was expected to come back and provide us with her new Orthodontist  specialist contact information. Patient was advised to seek a second option from a new Orthodontist specialist and for the new Orthodontist to talk to ******************* and for them to discuss treatment together and for the new doctor to say what he will do differently in this case to have a better outcome. Once ******************* had discussed this with the new Orthodontist on what can be done differently* a refund was going to be provided. Patient was informed that this need to happen before the refund  but we have not heard from her ever since. Last time patient discussed this with Dr. was in April of 2023. We are still awaiting to talk to the new Orthodontist. please call ********** if you have any more questions or concerns . Thank you

    I am writing to provide a detailed account of my experiences with ********************, which have been disappointing and unprofessional. Despite my numerous attempts to contact him, I have received no response.


    Previously, ******************** had asked me to contact my daughter's orthodontist, who had agreed that the work done was subpar. However, when I did so in ************************ presence, he exhibited childish behavior, questioning the orthodontist's credentials and certifications. This conversation was recorded by the orthodontist's office.


    ******************** offered a refund, but I requested that he instead restore my teeth to their original state, as he had made false promises. He had claimed that he could achieve the desired results, comparing them to his assistant's teeth, but failed to deliver.


    After the incident, I apologized to my daughter's orthodontist for ************************ behavior, and ******************** himself admitted to and apologized for his actions. However, despite my numerous attempts to contact him via text, email, and phone calls, I have received no response.


    I have been trying to resolve this issue for an extended period and request your assistance in addressing this matter. 

    I have attached a screenshot to show that he has not responded to the text messages as he used to and I can also provide history of emails sent to his office if requested.

    I did speak to a lady but I've spoken to three others in the past regarding the same problem, it always goes the same way, they say they will speak to corporate and never call back. ******************* told me he owned the company so I'm not sure how speaking to corporate will help. I have not heard from the company since.

    12-30-2023 was the first date of the issue starting. Regarding my youngest son *******************************************. This issue has happened everytime I try tonhave him seen by the dentist.This company provides both dental an orthodontist care in the same space but when trying to get cooperation to have a child seen with braces for a dental appointment which you have to remove the bands and wires for. Getting the office to talk to each other when they sit 5 feet from each other is impossible. Also getting them to not waste what little your insurance covers for braces with 1-2 extra appointment with a orthodontist before and after a dentist appointment not only requiring parents to take off more work just so you can take care of your child. This is absolutely ridiculous and when you have multiple child and only one with braces and they are trying to make you go to another office 25 mins away just to get the wires removed and put back on because that day the orthodontist happens to be closed but the dental office is open. For single parents and parents that work full time. Their is no way to complete all of this with out a cost to the family. Celebrate dental is all about convenience and it says on their messages but they sure dont want to be convenient to their patients. And they are charging twice as much as they should for multiple visit that could be easily done in one visit
