    Hello BBB and thank you for hearing me out. Here is my situation:,I signed up for a subscription box from the company Nadine West because I was given a coupon code for a FREE box. After this free box came, I unsubscribed from this service. There was no penalty or charges ever issued to me. Nor did the business send me any more boxes (due to my subscription going inactive). This was in August 2023. We are now 6 months later. This company has not sent me any kind of correspondence, notice, or tried to charge me anytime. All of a sudden, they have given a $96 DEBT to a debt collector who emailed me today. I went into my profile that they still have in their system - which has an order history. Under the order history is the ZERO dollar charge for that free box, and no more shipments after that one. As well as my subscription showing as deactivated AS OF August 2023 because in the company's Terms of Service they explicitly stated they will charge on a monthly basis unless you unsubscribe from the service (which I did). Of course, I disputed this debt. I asked for proof that I ever owed them any money, and for it they seemed to have hurriedly typed up this "receipt" that #1. Does not have my full name. #2. Does not have a delivery address (the credit collection agency does not have the correct address either). And #3. Never did the company attempt to charge me this money ever in the last 6-months and this is the FIRST time I'm hearing that I owe them anything.I am convinced that the company has SELLERS remorse and is trying to to scam a payment from me for items they voluntarily sent me for FREE. And I am NOT happy with this. I want this decision theirs reversed! I have all the proof that I need to show them they are wrong and I did reach out about this, their response was to send me this receipt I never received before when I ORDERED the items.

    I signed up for a subscription hoping to get some good styling at a reasonable price. Unfortunately they send extremely cheap items that are over priced. When I returned and cancelled.**** kept my money saying that I returned the items passed the window. Refused to refund me even though they had the items and only would offer credit to purchase future items. I was not interested in anything they had to sell because it was all cheap c*** I never received a refund and they took almost $300 for me. Buyer beware do not sign up for this company. They will steal your money.
