    Do Not Purchase Your Next Vehicle from North Park Most customers are excited to post their photo of their new vehicle, but here I am less than 21 days off their lot with our 2022 4Runner being towed and my 7 month pregnant wife stranded on the road. We purchased on 5/3/25; brought back for service 5/10/25; overheated 5/21/25.North Park Toyota does not stand behind their vehicles before placing them for sale on their lot. I understand every aspect of As-Is purchases; extended warranty; being in the car business myself. However, less than 30 days off the lot and 11 days from a return service appt to correct issues upon purchase; the service team missed this and wont take ************ short, the drive belt shredded on a 70k mileage vehicle lodging into the coolant hose and causing overheating. The drive belt was not thoroughly inspected by the service team before being sold. Even **** *********** agreed a belt should not fail with this mileage. I should have realized this when the A/C issue that was apparent upon purchase, which is why the vehicle was brought back for service.We are not local and were not able to tow to North Park. I gave **** *********** every chance to respond and review the inspection report from *********************************, but was met with no follow up or updates. I then had to make multiple calls to get an update and finally spoke with used sales manager, ******, who repeatedly put words in my mouth and that I was told to bring it to North Park. This is not true. He is not a solution oriented manager.Dealerships will always look out for their best interest and not the customer this is even more so true with ********************** Park **********************. If this had been more than ***************************** their service department on 5/10/25; I might have more understanding. But they brushed me off and basically told me to kick rocks.I highly recommend you find another dealership to purchase your next vehicle.

    I called to confirm the truck I wanted was available before making a two-hour drive. They said it was. When I got there, they claimed it had been sold just two hours earlier suspicious timing. The salesman, Elija, said theyd make it right with a crazy, dumb deal. After nearly three hours at the dealership, their so-called deal was $700 off. Total waste of time. Feels like classic bait-and-switch. I highly doubt the truck was ever even there. Dishonest, shady operation. Stay far away.

    Towards the end of December I purchased a vehicle from North Park Toyota and now barely a month later the car has engine issues and Toyota has refused to fix it knowing that they sold me a defective vehicle I went in to talk to them about it and they kept giving me the run around saying that they didnt know it was bad I had asked for the service report over the vehicle and they refused to show me what work was done on the vehicle when it was brought into the dealership Ive spoken to the sells manager and instead of him taking responsibility for selling a lemon all he could say was that he sympathized with me but did nothing to resolve the issue

    This dealership not being BBB Accredited should tell you everything you need to know. They do NOT present honesty, they do NOT present trust, they do NOT present integrity, and they certainly do NOT present transparency. I do not know how these salespeople sleep at night being deceptive in their tactics and willingly lying to your face and even straight up admitting to it. We had written in text that they would offer $36,400 on a Camry if we came to the dealership. When we got there, they changed their mind and the salesman tells us that he hadnt gotten that offer approved by his manager and when the manager came out, he said they could only offer $37,000. We asked, so you just lie and tell people a price so they can walk in the door? And he responded, I guess we do. We will never give our business with this dealership ever again and so shouldnt anyone else.

    Car worth $23,000 I was charged over $38,000. Very disappointed. Fraud in itself.

    Earlier today my son purchased a car they had listed online. We looked at some comparable and choose to come here. The car itself was immaculate and the listed price was fair. After a quick test drive - the salesman, Mo, presented us with the price which was higher than we seen online. We showed him and he said no problem he can match it. It was listed for $26,691. My son being young military didn't inquire so much, but when it came to draw up loan documents and sign - the mandatory adds and extend warranty we told them we didn't want were added on. This added another $4500 to to the cost. I then waited another two hours for an explanation with the finance guy, ******* only for him to tell me he had nothing to to do with it but it was the sales. We never got the full breakdown of the car cost and mandatory adds on. Or we would have walked away. It feels pretty slimy and like bait and switch scheme. Came in with a trade and down-payment and still left with over 30k loan on a 25k car.Never again. This is why I hate car dealerships. I literally had to calculate it and wait two hours for an explanation since the salesman was putting it off on finance and finance said it was up to sales. They are only out to pad their pockets.We were charged for nitrogen and tint...and some other random adds on that were not explained. It's just a dealers way to pad their pockets! Ironically there is no tint on the car. The warranty will I will have to call to cancel since talking to the staff there is pointless.Overall I would never recommend or return to this dealership. Watch out for all the extras they don't disclose or sneakily add on. We had some pre-approval with *********** and they said it wasn't good since it was only a preapproval. So they had to run a credit app and have us use their lender at basically the same rate. It makes me wonder if they only do that since they may have more incentives. Just overall left not feeling great.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE , BUNCH OF LIARS AND RUDE PEOPLE .IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD , THEY RAN MY CREDIT AND I WASN'T EVEN AT THIER DEALERSHIP IT JUST GOT WORSE , I SPOKE TO THE ** AND SHE TOLD ME " TOO BAD WE F*** U OVER "I'M NOT GONNA STOP HERE AND I'LL LET MY LAWYERS TO GO AFTER HER I"M SURE ALL YOUR CALLS ARE RECORDED AND YOU'LL REGRET THE DAY YOU OPENED THIS PLACE TOO BAD I'M COMING AFTER YOU BUNCH OF LIARS

    We have no records of Mr. ***** buying a vehicle from us. His mom did buy a vehicle from us and she signed with a notary and we have proof of that. We also have proof that she did the application online.

    I recently purchased a vehicle from North Park in late January. I remember explicitly telling the salesman several times I was there just for a test drive. Well that went belly up when he swindled me by using malicious sales tactics such as withholding my keys from the vehicle I wanted to trade in until a purchase agreement was signed. Even after being swindled, the service was subpar from the top down. The financing team were extremely rude when getting into the finance paperwork. I have never left a place feeling more regret. They sent my plates to the wrong address after clarifying it more than once to the salesman and title clerk. After voicing my frustrations with the general manager he still did not have the decency to call me back. As I have said to others asking about my experience here, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and "professionalism" that I had to endure at this dealership. To simply put it, DO NOT BUY HERE.

    North Park Toyota advertises online $3,000 to $5,000 less than actual vehicle prices than increases additional accessories of $3,000 not needed I have proof. I contacted them made an appointment, they send me finance application, they request my license and insurance. Then after all that then he says do u want to put 500 to secure it I said no Im on my way. I arrive 15 min before appointment time I meet the salesman and then tells me sorry someone else got it but we have a blue one for me I said no. He could have given me a call to let me know but waited til I arrived. Called manager he said they have a process. Well **** should have told me that before I did and gave all info. Now I have to check to see if I have a hard inquiry and now reduced my credit score. Yes I was strong in negotiations and time and didnt want to be ripped off especially being a female but I got treated unfairly thought we had an agreement and was ready to buy. I have all written proof and documents and time lines. In how they handled this matter.
