After several days your mole will crust over and simply fall off.* Ask how you can receive some of these treatments for as little as $99"Purchased service for a little over $400 for my girlfriend and I. Technician (*******) told us the moles should fall off in 3-4 days. Called on May 9th when none of the moles on either my girlfriend or I had fallen off and was given a different assessment over the phone than what was given on May 4th. Business invited ** to come back in person at no cost on May 10th to examine and we were told that it may take another 2 weeks for the moles to fall off. As of today, none have fallen off. Was told on May 10th that we may need to pay for 1 or even 2 more services in order to get tangible results but even if we paid for 2 more services there was no guarantee for results, despite how the business markets the service on their website and how they represent the services prior to purchase. Feel pretty cheated out of $400+ at this point especially considering the business refuses to quantify and qualify what is needed to get the results they advertise on the website.We got a 2nd opinion from a dermatologist and was told that he doesn't believe any of them will fall off and that we would be taking a risk in following any further recommendations from Nova.
