The doctors, nurses, and nurse practitioners are all great, HOWEVER, the front office staff does not answer their phone calls. I called ***** times (different times during their business hours) to speak to someone. Nobody answers. I drove over there in person and spoke to ****** ***** confronted me about my ****** review and was super unprofessional. ***** is the office manager and made me super uncomfortable and gave me an extreme attitude about paperwork and my ****** review. I don't know who to speak to above her head, but I am changing doctors now because of my bad experience.

******************** came to our office on Tuesday afternoon very upset. She mentioned to our manager in the front office that she had tried to call the clinic in the morning and nobody had responded to her yet. We informed her that due to the current Covid situation there were three staff members who were sick and we are shorthanded, yet trying our best to help our patients however its taking time to return our patients calls and queries. However she was not happy with that answer and demanded that her paperwork should be filled out right away by a provider. ***** explained it to her that in a normal situation that paperwork takes at least two weeks which includes her chart to be reviewed and paperwork to be filled out by the provider. She insisted that it needs to be done right away. It was explained to her that the provider was with a patient and could not be pulled from the room. She later threatened ***** by saying that she has already left a bad review on ****** because of this. To which ***** politely replied that the administrator had read it and had replied to that review mentioning about the current clinic situation and thanking her for her patience and cooperation.. However she did not appreciate any of this and was not willing to except that she had to wait for her paperwork that she demanded to be filled out right away! She stormed out of the building later.
