Very unprofessional the massage is a joke. Never get the full time massage. They forgot to include the add ons. Take forever to reply to emails. They do not respect the word NO. I told them I wasnt comfortable will my **** being massaged and was in my file. The man didnt listen. I then was very upset that I said no and he didnt listen and proceeded to do the full body massage. Asked for female since. Bought a additional foot scrubs they take that from the time of your massage. So it wasnt 60 mins because they included the foot massage . I was in a bad accident and I have major head trauma and a concussion I asked for help to cancel they explain I had just to send in an email. I explain each visit I was on disability and just wanted to do the three months and after I will not be able to financially. They didnt help and took out the money even though I said I cant afford to. As soon as I seen the withdrawal in my bank account I sent an email seven days later no response I called theres no manager ever working there. Today there was a new employee and they dont even train their staff to provide ******** care numbers when clearly the staff at the location arent being respectful. They cant help you and always say someone will get back to you. This makes it very difficult to cancel the proper way. ******** service is lacking and very unfair. Im not in a very good financial situation and for you guys to not be understanding of that when I made that clear from day one I was honest with you guys and I dont feel youre being honest back to me. Even the last time I missed a lot of my massage because you guys also forgot to include one of the foot scrubs in one of my three massage that I asked for so then I was told I can do hot stones a foot scrub and a massage all within 60 minutes so I do not feel that theyre actually being transparent the massage is not 60 minutes. I paid $30 for each one of these foot scrubs so that should be additional. Frustrated :(
