I purchased a monthly pass at the car wash at Valero gas station.After the month passes Valero gas station attempted to charge me again without me even being ******** If someone buys a monthly pass here,you should make certain you weren't charged for something your not getting.They got me once already prior to the incident I mentioned.I happened to close a bank account I had and realize until after the fact that I got charged on two different cards.Also,when you need to speak to someone,you'll probably be told to come back when management is there. Not for nothing,a few of the people that work there do not speak or understand English,which makes it that much more frustrating.Always check your credit/debit to make sure this place didn't get you too.Business Response

On 6/30/2025 I purchased gas from a Valero and 7/11 located at ******************************************. Driving to the store my vehicle was driving completely fine but, immediately leaving the gas station after filling my tank with 9 gallons of unleaded gas my vehicles check engine and traction lights came on. It has been suggested to me by a mechanic that I received contaminated or poor fuel from this location.Business Response

My car was working fine up until I got gas at Valero.On May 3rd, at 8:15 pm my gas tank was near empty, so I pumped gas on pump 3 at Valero (********************************************). Immediately after pumping gas, my car started shaking and had trouble driving uphill. Later on the check engine light came on.During the following day on May 4th, I took my car to ********* On May 5th, they were able to inspect my car and mentioned that there was water in my tank.Business Response

I'm from ******* traveling to ***** I did a quick gas stop in this location ***** OK-29, ****** Valley OK and as a traveling I always use my debit car for purchase *********** as I introducing my debit car my bank contacted me immediate telling me that are intent to charge 300 hundred dollar witch was way to much money for gas of course I rejected. Thank you for contacting us about your concern. The $300 charge was a preauthorization hold. An Authorization hold (also card authorization or preauthorization) is the practice within the banking industry of authorizing electronic transactions done with a debit card or credit card and holding this balance as unavailable either until the bank posts the completion amount (also called settlement), or the hold "falls off." In the case of debit cards, authorization holds can fall off the account (thus rendering the balance available again) anywhere from 15 days after the transaction date depending on the bank's policy; in the case of credit cards, holds may last as long as 10 days, depending on the issuing bank.
Many customers have been told that ********************** is in complete control of the hold, and that we have to release it however this is not the case. 01/10/2025 @ 8:15 I was at pump 11 and I was on E and pumped 7.** and the meter was not moving. I informed the gas station clerk, and he said the pumps were frozen and he could not give me my money back. I attempted to get gas at the Valero on 10/15/24 at approximately 7:01 pm. I pumped at number 3 and got 93 octane gas. My total purchase was for ***** which was 20.1 gallons of gas. My car's tank holds 22.5 gallons. As I drove away I realized I only had 3/4 of a tank. Considering I drove into the gas station with at least several gallons already in there, this was short. This would mean I only received ***** gallons instead of the 20 I paid for. I even restarted my car and ensure gage accuracy and check for leaks, no issues were found. I drive a 2020 Mercedes gle which gets regular servicing. When I went back and asked the clerk for resolution I was told it wasn't their problem. I was given no resolution. We purchased fuel in our brand new 2024 Genesis GV70 less than 500 miles on it. We purchased our first tank of gas at this location $55.62 PREMIUM GAS and immediately started having issues with the car missing and dying, we limped it to the dealership. After diagnosis they found that there was water in the fuel and the tank would need to be dropped and the entire fuel system cleaned. They admitted liability but will not pay for the repairs in full. I'm out of pocket $1046 they are offering to settle for $690?Business Response

I did 2 transactions at this location. The first transaction was for EBT and they charged tax on EBT transactions. When I pointed it out the lady claimed that there was tax on EBT now. On my second transaction I was charged for the same drinks again I also had bought cigarettes. They rang up at 5.89 a pack and they were advertised at 5.49 a pack when I brought it up to the lady she said it was cause of inflation and they don't change signs and refuse to sell to products at price listed. When I went out to car to grab 3 more dollars and came back in she changed the inside sign already. When I pointed each occurrence out the lady got more and more upset.Business Response

He asked me info from the card and I had everything right except my weight which I was off by 15 pounds. He claimed they had no way to scan my ID, which doesn't seem right. It was a weird experience where it seemed like he was just trying to refuse me service. Hello,I would like to file several complaints against the Valero Gas station in ********, Clorado (*****) on 37th and Hwy 287. The first is that, we live in a quiet community where the businesses are required to maintain their properties and business street side business fronts, but this Valero doesn't take care of it's property. Throughout the year this property remains very littered, unwatered, unmowed and heavily weeded. This degrades the appearance of our street and our neighborhood, as well as decreases local property values. It is being run by folks who don't speak little to no English and they never keep their products properly stocked, they constantly running out merchandise. And lastly Their Gas pumps are extremely slow, slowly down to a snail's pace 3 whole dollars before the end of a dispense. Something surely needs to be done about this, as we don't want this Valero to continue ruining our nice neighborhood.Business Response
