This company is DBA Bella Bella. They claimed to be able to find cosmetic surgery patients via a comprehensive online marketing program. They also claim to pre-qualify all of the patients and prepare them for the consultation which includes them discussing the price of the cosmetic surgery procedures. They charged $3600 to set the system up and then charge $650 per patient who shows up for a consultation even if the patient does not sign up for surgery.It came to our attention, after several patients arrived at my office and were clearly financially unable to afford cosmetic surgery, that they were bribing the people with a $100 Amazon gift card if they showed up to the appointment and then filled out a survey confirming that they truly showed up. Most recently, two people arrived at my office, one appeared to be homeless and the other clearly with no financial means. The two people confirmed that the only reason they came into the office was to get the $100 Amazon gift card. It was at this point that we realized that the entire marketing program was a scam. They literally pay people $100 to pretend to be interested in cosmetic surgery and then charge us $650. This is a highly unethical practice and is most definitely illegal.
