    My contract with Zap Credit Solution partnered with Smart Credit has ended. The company is denying me access to cancel my month to month subscription by cancelling my access to my online portal account. The portal access is designated by employees of my local Zap credit solutions located at ***************** ******* ** *****, The assigning member at this location is *****(last name unknown). A stop payment was placed by my bank but was informed that i can be charged under a different name from that same company. Was able to speak to *****(last name unknown) at this location and claimed she could not help me. I reached out to several smart credit and zap credit solution company phone numbers who were also unavailable to assist. The Zap Credit Solution has a reputation for fraudulent activity by members at this location.

    Your putting a review on something you have full control to cancel , you called a rep today and were very rude and hung up. 
    All you had to do was just log in and click cancel on right hand corner under account settings. As your aware we are NOT smart credit, and you have had full capability to do this but did not take initiative to or contact ** before regarding this matter. 

    ***** never stated she wouldnt help you, she was trying to help guide you. We are not known for the claims you just said. You had AMAZING results and to be so rude and put this comment is horrible how people can just want to bad mouth hard working , good companies who try to do everything to help individuals as yourself! Instead of doing this all you had to do is email and or ask ** for help with a little bit of patience.
    You called before working hours twice today upset and didnt let ***** talk and hang up. 

    To personally attack ***** for simply answering a phone call before working hours is not cool. 
    We do not tolerate bullying , harassment, nor abuse by anyone. 

    I have attached the screen shots of your calls today. This is the only time you ever reached out to **.
    Again we open at 9 am and we still tried helping you but you were unwilling to speak nicely nor give ***** a moment to assist you. 

    again this was the ONLY time you ever called ** in regards to your false claims and false statements. As you have shown in the past to continuously attack our company and have put reviews in past to bash ** and hurt ** last year. It just takes a phone call, and to be kind and ask a direct question without being rude and disrespectful by hanging up. 

    We strive for customer satisfaction but this was out of our area , we cannot predict the future or read your thoughts without you asking a question so we can know what we need to do to help you.

    I paid this representative $3000 to fix my husband and my credit report. It was a 6 month contract that would extend and they would continue fixing our credit as long as we were subsribred to her credit monitoring portal for a monthly service fee. SMART CREDIT. We enrolled back in March my husbands score has improved to a 630 yet mine is still the same 543 as it was at the time of enrollment. So today I sent a complaint to my account rep and a lady called me back saying this person jumped ship and is ipening her own company and that they will continue to help ** for a fee but wont be honoring prior contracts that she **** up and collected money on. so now a year later we should have been to at least a ***** and were at 540 and 630 because she was taking our money and not doing her job and the company that bought her out isn't going to honor past agreements.

    As discussed previously, we are very surprised to see this as ***************** and her husband received amazing results . Credit scores (fico) are determined of 5 factors , Payment history, debt-to-credit ratio, length of credit history, new credit, and the amount of credit you have all play a role in your credit report and credit scores. Our services can only help so far especially with the positive results ***************** and her husband received , they need to do their part in order to reach their goals. Credit repair isnt a forever solution, without doing your (clients) part maintaining your credit is important in order to reach your goals. Prior partner and new partners have no overbearing ability or control on the concerns ***************** has. The services were rendered and they received results. As stated in the contract, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure payments are given on time for all their opened credit accounts, no new negative accounts(collections, charge offs, late payments, inquiries) or other factors that can bring down your score during the process as advised to all clients as this can affect their credit scores. The contractual agreement was fulfilled on our end. As stated all negative accounts were deleted on ****************** credit reports , and ***************** she received great results too but with the opened past due payments consistently every month it will only tarnish your scores as just alone one late payment can drop your credit score by as much as 100+ points. We strive for the best customer service as a new partnership and delivering the best results. Unfortunately it will also take the part of the client as well and they must be willing to do their part and listen to the program.

    Shes apparently lying to get out of either A) having to continue doing work for us for free or B) having to shell out $3000. There has not been any work on our credit reports, I have text messages and emails every time I wanted a status she asked for our experian and other account. Log ins that she had since day 1 proving she didnt even work on our accounts. That would be information she kept in our file, instead she pocketed the money and left with it leaving zap credit in jeopardy and with tons of $$$ enough to start her own business.

    Hey just wanted to let you guys know working with this company has been one of the worst experiences ever. I signed up last December, maybe received one call ever and never got any updated ever since. To this day I havent received any type of closure update from you guys or anything, truly disappointing. The ** location would never & l mean absolutely NEVER answer their phone. It got to the point to where I was transferred to another lady ***** from another location ; which seemed promising at first until it didnt I saw no progress and was never updated or informed on what was going on. Idk if it was bc I joined on a promotion for just 1k that they decided they didnt really care to focus on my accounts but it truly was a disappointment working with yall. I have since joined with another company that has actually communicated and done what they actually said they were going to do, while still never receiving one update or even completion of work update from you guys
