I truly hate writing this complaint. Approximately, 45 days ago NerdsToGo-San Antonio made a house call to fix my all-in-one Mac desktop computer. Although they were unable to repair it at my house, they did figure out the problem; I needed to replace my hard drive. The next day I took my computer to their office where they removed the monitor screen to replace the hard drive. To reconnect the monitor screen, they needed special tape which they did not have. They gave me the name of the tape and instructed me to go to Amazon and purchase the tape, which I did. Acknowledging it was the correct tape, they put my computer back together. On 12 July I woke up to find the monitor screen of my computer destroyed and lying on the floor. The tape didnt hold. I immediately began trying to get hold of NerdsToGo to find out how we could solve this problem. I used the number Id previously used to talk to them, to no avail. I texted the owner, *****, on 12 Jul at 6:21, again at 9:08am, including photos of the computer, and called at 12:30pm. On 14 Jul I texted at 1:03pm, 17 Jul at 9:51am, sent a message through Messenger with videos at 9:57am then sent my last text on 22 Jul at 11:04am. Not one of my messages was acknowledged. In the meantime, I had to purchase a new Mac desktop computer which I had not planned on doing since NerdsToGo said my current computer would last at least another two years.
