Then was late at giving back my clothing. There was an experiment done on my article of clothing, as the manager mentioned it was an experiment. He even **** what the experiment might look like on the receipt. He also mentioned that if it didn't work out, then I can get a refund. This experiment cost $26.00. The experiment was to put a clasp with a piece of material on the front opening but the clasp and piece of material are showing through the clothing. I returned the next day to get a refund, but the person behind the counter made excuses as to why she couldn't give me a refund: they did the work and now I want a refund, she cannot work the cashier to give me a refund, and I will need to wait later in the day until the person who knows how to work the cashier comes in.I simply was not satisfied and the manger mentioned that I can come back in to get a refund if the experiment did not work out.They refused to honor their refund for work that was not satisfactory.
