We purchased a ***** vacuum from a door to door saleswoman on November 4th, 2023. They were able to leave a vacuum with us, but told us that the additional attachments would be delivered in two to three weeks. After two weeks, I contacted the office via the phone number that the saleswoman gave us. No one answers the phone; its just a recording to leave a voicemail. I left a message and did not receive a call back. The next day my fianc also called, left a message, and never received a call back. I contacted the saleswoman directly and was told her manager would give me a call. Her manager never called me. I contacted the saleswoman again after three weeks and never received a reply, but did receive a call from another employee. On November 27th, he stated the additional pieces would be delivered that day or the next. On November 28th I texted to confirm delivery. He said if they couldnt make it that day, they would deliver the next. On November 29th I asked again for confirmation that they would deliver. He could not confirm what day they would deliver. As of EOD November 30th, they have not contacted me again and I still have not received delivery. This company scams the customers and we are now disputing the charge with our credit card company.
