1 starI took my vehicle in to get a break job done. I was told it would be over 500 dollars. I agreed and had it done. i was waiting for about two hours and went to check the status and noticed that they left my headlights on for the two hours. I asked them to turn off the lights. then I waited another hour or more for them to finish. shortly after I left I felt the vehicle was shimmering when I braked. I took it back to them and said that it was the back brakes. the vehicle never shimmed before. While I was there telling the manager my issue, another lady came in. She was complaining about her vehicle and that was the 5th time in having to take it in for issues. After speaking to the ** of the area, in which he did not resolve the issue, but advised that there was another location near by. I drove to that location and while I was there was told about new issues that my truck had. I keep my vehicle in good condition and it was interesting that all of a sudden my truck needed alinement issues, shock issues. The manager there was trying to sell me shocks that were 950 dollars each. I did not agree to that because I saw that they were only approximately 300 for a pair online. I regrettably agreed to the back brakes and a sway bars. I then saw a Oreilly delivery man pull up and deliver the sway bars. ******* sells two bars for 13 dollars a piece but was being charged close to 200 dollars. This company is majorly price gouging.Review fromFred R

1 starOn July 15th, I went into the ******************** location for a basic oil change. When the vehicle was given back to me in knocked very loudly. I drove it around the corner and brought to back and spoke to **** who worked on it. He then told my car was misfir*** which I told him I already knew but it wasn't knock*** and hesitat*** like it do*** now. He offered to a tune up at a price I told him I couldn't afford. He told me there was noth*** else he could do. I drive the car less than a quarter of a mile to stop light and the seized and cut off. I was able to push it and restart it for it to sputter to the nearest gas station. I then called the Regional off and spoke to a man named **** who identified himself as a regional manager. He said he would call the shop that worked on my car and he would get back to me which he did not. I had to call him an hour and half later for him to tell me what **** had already told that he was wait*** on his supervisor for further instructions. I waited an hour and called ****** **** for him to tell me the sane th***. At this point is 530pm and I told ****** I would like to get this reserved since they close at 6. He told me the **** should call me but neither **** or ****** called before 6. I called ****** at 605pm and no one answer but **** called at 615 as he was leav*** *** the shop and said his supervisor said I can tow the car back to their shop at my expense. I reminded him where I was and he told me there was noth*** he could do but they would pay for the expense of the tow only if I could prove they were responsible. I ended up hav*** to get my car towed to my home since there was no one at the shop to receive my car. I would just like for my car to bee repaired back to way it was before the oil change.Review fromYvonne h

1 starI DO NOT RECOMMAND THIS LOCATION FOR SERVICE.negligence work done on my vehicle 2018 VW Passat R-Line. Their negligence caused me, the driver, on Friday 28, 2025 to break down while on route to my home after a workday with more damage to my vehicle (found that the passenger side brake hose was not bolted down and both on driver side the shield support back of rotor was bent and rotor was very tight).I then called him to say that I heard a rattling noise and that the car does not feel right. This was in February 2025, **** checked it again and said in order for the rattling to be fixed I would have to pay for the passenger side complete strut assembly to be fixed a cost of ******* to fix the passenger.Weeks passed that on March 22, 2025 I went back to the same location, this time to find **** is no longer at this location. But Anan (supervisor) and **** (manager) are. Anan asked me to bring my car in and either one would look into my complaint. I was told by **** that I would need a complete strut assembly on both sides.i said to him, but i am here for the driver's side that is making the rattling noise. He said he could fix that and showed me where it was bent and that the strut on top was cracked. (now how can this be when **** in November fixed it, and i paid for it). **** quote me 380 for each side, then in phone conversation say ******, once the car was at the shop the fee was *****.**. false service pricing. once I mentioned corp office, his story changed, Charge would be ****** for both driver and passenger complete strut assembly. This claim /case is currently activeReview fromJane M

1 starI took my Camry to *********** store to have brakes checked for noise. Had pads, rotars and discs replaced. Not cheap. When brakes were still making noise after installation took it back to find the caliper's weren't greased. After fixing that the brakes were making a scraping noise when releasing brake. Took it to my mechanic and he said the one brake pad was put in backwards. Additional expense for their error which Brake Check would not reimburse. Will never go to a Brake Check again and would never recommend anyone else go either.Review fromIrene D

1 starAbsolutely terrible experience at Break Check in *******/******, ***I took my car in and was quoted one price, only to be hit with a higher bill when it was time to pay. That alone is shady, but things only got worse from there.A few days after getting my car back, I noticed my oil pan was leaking badlysomething that had never been an issue before. The leak got worse quickly, and I had to scramble to find a way to safely get home.I reached out to the shop to let them know, expecting some level of accountability or customer care. Instead, they refused to take responsibility and are now trying to charge me again to fix the very issue they caused, along with another oil change.Customer service at this location is non-existent. They dont stand behind their work, and they have no problem wasting your time, your money, and your *********** yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Its clear theyre running a scamdishonest pricing, poor workmanship, and absolutely no accountability.Review fromJennifer P

1 starWent in on 2 Feb to get brakes looked at and was concerned that it was time to get replace but was informed that I needed my front struts need to be replaced. I paid in advance for parts and labor for it to be worked on the next day around 10:43am and didn't it completed until after 4pm and the alignment wasn't done. Then I went back on 5 Feb due to feeling and hearing noises and then it was stated I had to get my sway bars replaced and that should be the resolve of it, however, it was not resolved because I called on Thursday, 13 Feb and spoke a manager and stated I would by on Sunday for them to look at it and see what is happening with the vehicle. He stated he wasn't sure and gave me guesses on things. I then went on today, 17 Feb after I went to a mechanic for an assessment and to discover that the strut assembly on one side was complete set but the other was partial and it was missing a coil spring spacer and they did order it and still didn't properly repair the one missing the spacer. Drove around after awhile and the same noise and feeling reappeared. I have taken pictures of before and after and showed them and asked why they still look like the before and nothing. I still have the same issues from the replacement of sway bars and I am not understanding how I spent over ******* and still having the same problems. I need a better result than wasting my time and moneyReview fromCarlos C

1 starScammers! Well they stand behind there warranty but you have to pay labor which is like $450 in my case. The repairs made three times on my leaking truck differential bearing and gasket has cost me over $1,000. They told me I probably need a new differential and it would cost me $6,000. The repairs made there only lasted a month. I took it to another mechanic who instantly saw the problem on the axle being damaged. He repaired it for $2,000 with bearings and gaskets on both back wheels. There has been no noise, leaks nor problems so far. If you want to be scammed out of your money then go ahead and go here.Review fromLinda G

1 starGot charged 54.97 for an oil change, checked my dip stick afterwards and it was never done. I went immediately to take 5 down the road to have then look and perform the oil change, they discovered the oil filter was changed but the oil was not changed. V.P reached out to me and said "we don't play god around here" you have no case and that they won't be reimbursing me even though I had video proof and receipts from them and take 5 showing the oil was black. Never again!!
