There are a lot of things that need to be fixed. The first rain my roof is leaking on my deck. I reached out to PAC construction and was told a roofer would be out the next day. As always no roofer, so again I reached out to PAC construction, and he didn't even have the courtesy to respond. Still have no idea when of IF anyone is coming to fix it. I would like the roof torn down and replaced as the wood was left out in the elements for a month, and got wet. Wood was warped and they just put pieces of 2 x 4 to press it back down and nailed it. Time after time, I am told something is going to happen and it never does nor does the company reach out to me to let me know what is going on. I have changed appointments thinking they will be coming out and no show no call. No permits were issued for this job per the city and I was told at the beginning permits had been obtained. I also had to pay an additional $1500 out of my pocket to pay the painter because he couldn't pay him which was included in the price of our contract. I am a disabled vet and cannot do this work myself. I feel like I paid PAC construction $42K for the work to get done and feel like I deserve to have it done right, and shouldn't be paying out of my pocket for services that were supposed to be done per the contract. There are strips of hardy board that aren't even nailed, caulking was done incorrectly. Boards around pool are not trimmed right there are big gaps. Tons of pieces that were put up not cut right. Looks like an amatuer job all the way around. I have asked him to do a walk around with me several times, and he never shows. 2 window screens are missing. There are gaps on the soffit. Clear caulking needed around windows, and cable box needs to be put back up on wall. Door frames were put up incorrectly, doors not aligned.
