1 starIm a 28-year **** member, disabled veteran, with a clean record and longstanding trust in this institution. This week, **** placed unexplained holds on two check depositsone from a local bank Ive used many times before without issue. These holds directly interfered with my mortgage payment and financial planning.When I contacted customer service, I was handed from one scripted *** to another, eventually ending up in CEO Operations, where no resolution or ownership was offered. Ive since refinanced my wifes auto loan with another institution and will be closing my accounts. This is unacceptable treatment of a loyal veteran customer.USAA Federal Savings Bank

1 starWow, even after over 13 years with ****, they still have no concern or respect for their Military Veteran Customers. They locked my bank account access and blocked my phone from calling to find out why, after simply submitting a credit card application. They asked for proof of Identification to be uploaded and even after that was sent at least 5 times still no response, courtesy or respect to call and discuss what was going on. I had to call and act like a new customer just to get someone on the phone, they directed me to their security department and still wouldn't tell me what was happening with my accounts and the 2 ******************** aren't even related. Talk about complete disrespect. What kind of business doesn't even alert you something may be happening with your money and doesn't have the respect to talk to you about it. I honestly can't say I recommend using this Bank, very concerned at their almost criminal like behavior and now have extreme trust issues with them.USAA Federal Savings Bank

1 starI made a payment on my credit card and they out a hold on my payment. The payment has been taken from my account but they put a 17 day hold on the payment although they took it 2 days after I submitted the payment. 13 years of being a member and never once called in. The one time I call for them to help out they tell me they wont do it and wont escalate to higher management to help with the issue. 17 day hold thats ridiculous, even banks only hold checks for up to 7 days. I sure wont continue banking with them and will definitely not recommend or refer anyone to them.USAA Federal Savings Bank

1 starI have been a loyal customer to **** for 15+ years. Recently, I got married and attempted to add my spouse to my account. Its been 4 months now and we are still getting sent in circle with no resolution. We have spoken to the member resolution team on multiple occasions and have asked to speak to the next level. Apparently there is no one above them. One rep tried to expedite the process due the inconvenience of the situation and was denied by their supervisor. We asked to speak to said supervisor and was told they do not talk to customers. *** submitted complaints and hear nothing back. **** has turned into an automated circus. Relaying heavily on automated systems and failing at costumer service. I feel bad for the employees because all they can do is read the script and follow the steps.USAA Federal Savings Bank

1 starI would provide 0 stars if I could. While car insurance was inexpensive, the coverage is exceptionally poor compared to other companies. Their banking system and lack of accountability between representatives produced so much frustration that I will never recommend them to another ********* my 5 years banking with them, there was a 6 month period of them not being communicative, providing unclear instructions, giving me incorrect information, and generally not being able to solve simple problems that led me to drop banking, insurance, and everything else and shift to Navy Federal Credit Union.USAA Federal Savings Bank

1 starIf I could leave 0 stars I would it has been a hassle to open a new checking account with them finally got my wife verified and added to account now trying to get her a debit card ordered and they wont order it even after speaking with her on phone verifying her identity they wont do it because the apartment we lived in ************************************************************************************************************************ a car then to open a checking account with this s***** a** bank will never attempt to go back to these f****** idiots againUSAA Federal Savings Bank

1 starI have been a loyal customer for 26 years. **** wants to charge me and all customer a $3.00 installment fee assessed due to your automatic setting. I do not have an automatic payment because I pay at the beginning of each month which is a lot better than the automatic payment bureaucracy that **** has. USSA is going down and down and more down. 1 star**** has informed me that they will be closing my account after being with them for 11 years now but they have not given me any reason for closing my account and they are saying that they are going to hold my money until sixty days before allowing me to get my money or even use my card and I cannot believe that this is a legal process because they have no reason for closing my account I have no fraud activities and no outstanding charges and I just noticed that they are not accredited with the better business bureau and I understand why now so I dont recommend using themUSAA Federal Savings Bank

1 starI recently tried to recover access to an old account that I've had at ****. I live overseas, so I just can't pick up the phone and call them. Trying to contact them in general is horrible. **** have no published way of emailing them. I had to get info from their X support account and even then the service wasn't good.Back to my main issue, I submitted all required documents to prove I was the account holder and I was told I'd have a reply back in a few days. A week goes by and nothing. I found an email online, after lots of searching to the executive office. I get a reply from them saying to call a US number. This is after telling them I live overseas and don't have access to international service. I reply back stating my issue and was told customer service and the person I was talking to via email had tried to contact me. A flat out lie. No one called me or emailed me about my account. They just ended up ignoring me and have not heard back from them. It's been a month or so now. No wonder they have horrible reviews.USAA Federal Savings Bank

1 starDO NOT TRUST THIS BANK !Total disappointment. I have been a loyal customer for over 23 years. I took it for granted **** took care of their clients. I filled a fraud case over a year ago. Got an answer this week there is nothing we can do for youI filled a fraud case because of the following 1.All my receipts of transactions shown under pearl company, ***** (*******:oasis) 2.Fraudulent name on transactions on usaa account luizhadv luizhadv96PayPal luizhadv lawn and garden. So of course called **** to report.3.From may to August 2024 they charged my account over 50 times. 15 in May alone under a lawn and garden service company 4.Reported as fraud because name and amount were not recognized 5. Merchant Proof to dispute shows only 4 of multiple charges being disputed 7.Merchant only provided shipping information showing they know me but not duplicate and over charges being disputed 8.Documentation provided by merchant is repetitious. Show same transaction on each response to USAA 9.USAA checking account associated with this dispute was charged off by ****. I no longer have access to statement information.I had to investigate the situation myself because usaa was giving me the run around. I found out who was double charging and over charging my account. Immediately contacted ****. They had the nerve to tell me because you filled it as fraud first, there is nothing we can do for you . You owe us the $1,000 we issued you. I didnt do anything wrong. I made a complaint about an unrecognizable charge and company. Now I owe them $1,000. They already have collectors calling me. They can see I only made $12,000 last year. No mercy or understanding.
